Medcessity: Jonathan Chinn, PT ,DPT

I have so many complaints about this business. First let’s start with the fact that no one I saw in the two sessions I went to was a physical therapist. The person who tried to massage my injury told me that he was not one my first time there but I assumed I would see one eventually. My second time I saw the same person and he took me to someone else for my workout. I thought that must be the physical therapist. I asked a question and she said, “Let me ask your therapist to come talk to you about that”. She went into a side office and I heard her ask someone to talk with me. The person said no and told her to tell me that she couldn’t find the person. My next complaint goes to the person who tried to massage my injury. He clearly did not have good training. I say this because luckily when this injury happened previously I had a good therapist at a different company. This was like he had read a manual but never done this before. Plus he put this oil based liquid on my skin to help massage that smelt like sexual lubrication. That grossed me out. Next I want to talk about there handling for COVID-19 concerns in there waiting room. There is not more than 2 feet between seats. There was a hand sanitizing station but it was backed up to a seat. You would almost be touching someone while cleaning your hands. The fees were also considerably higher than a good place I went to a year earlier. My last complaint, because I have already spent too much time on this place, was in the exercise equipment they have there. It is outdated. I have been to a good physical therapist and this place is not one.

This place is awesome. Everyone is so friendly. I really enjoy my time here! The staff is amazing!

Great Service!!!! From the time i walked in to the end of my appointment i felt very comfortable and under great supervision by the professionals on duty.Not to mention the excellent care and attention provided by Dr Chinn. No doubt a place i will always recommend!

The P/T and volunteers are very friendly and patient. They work with you at your pace, and they get results. Sheryl is awesome.

My first physical therapy orientatation session went great, so relaxing wish I woulda went sooner, friendly professional staff I would recommend Medcessity to folks with, sciatica nerve damage, or another physical therapy needs.

They treat you like one of their family members. If you need to go it slow, then slow it is. They bend over eachother to ease your discomforts.

I was being treated for an on the on the job injury, and in the process of healing the therapist twisted my ankle, tearing my ligament. Very painful. Cant be trusted
