The therapists have been wonderful. Both my daughters have received physical therapy for different reasons. They are very informative and caring. Rescheduling appointments is easy. It’s always very clean. And when I have to call, I never have to listen to an automated message or listen to prompts to choose a number. Someone always answers right away.

My son has been coming for 2 years, when he was diagnosed with Autism. I have see so much growth in his communication since he started. The staff is so nice, so considerate, and very friendly! My son loves going to therapy and he loves his speech therapist. I highly recommend this place!!

My son has cerebral palsy and has been treated in this facility since 7 years ago, he loves it, the therapists are amazing and I can see the progress on him. He started with Speech, OT and PT and now is only the last one. Thanks Medcare!

My son has been receiving speech therapy at Medcare since 2019. He had OT, speech and ABA therapy for over a year and a half. I feel that ABA made the biggest impact on him. Before he started services, he couldn't mimic sounds, he couldn't stay still or focus more than a few minutes, and he couldn't play with other children without getting aggressive. The therapists at Medicare taught my son to communicate, express without violence, caring attitude, patience, respect and attention. My son just graduated from kindergarten, loves school, and has many friends. He is a happy child. He still recalls the names of his ABA therapists. My family and I, are very grateful to Medcare Pediatric Therapy for helping my son overcome so many obstacles.

Some of the therapists in this facility do not have the patience for children with special needs. Ms. Nina told me my child could not be handled and they did not want to continue services for her. i asked if maybe she could switch therapists and she said that they all felt the same. Then after many many times that they reschedule me. We missed 2 appointments and they decided to drop my daughter from services. if her schedule were more consistent then we would not be no shows.

Medcare Pediatric Nursing has been providing services for my daughter for many years. Having used many different nursing agencies for over 20 years, I am most impressed with the consistent care and compassion given by Medcare nurses and office personnel. I appreciate the personal care that they provide to my daughter and to my family. No nursing agency is perfect and there have been many challenges from insurance benefit changes to dealing with COVID 19. Medcare has done well, in my opinion, in dealing with these difficult issues.
