I went here on and off for about a year for a recurring shoulder problem that was throwing off my balance and gait. I kept expressing that I was still unable to return to running or weightlifting, however, my concerns were never addressed. I finally grew frustrated enough after none of the staff wore masks for covid 19 prevention that I went to pro-pt. I have now returned to activities after 2 months.
Dear Sirs, I would like to commend your facility on their professionalism and caring attitudes. I cannot express how much this means to me and my family and how it outshines other medical facilities in the area! Also, all the PT Aides are excellent but Carlos Lara went above and beyond, I've never seen such 'patience' in one as young as him.
