Medallion Post Acute Rehabilitation Clinic

One star is being generous. My aunt just moved to another facility because the maintenance, cleanliness and patient attentiveness leaves alot to be desired. Management continues to claim they see the areas lacking and promise to address and improve them; but after 8 years here, it continues to get worse. Mom and I moved into the independent section, ecstatic to be here with my aunt in the acute rehab section. Unfortunately, we moved in right at the time of new ownership. The quality proceeded to decline from that day forward. It was a pleasant, clean and community minded facility... not anymore. Until things improve, look elsewhere. Don't believe me? Come take a walk around and see for yourself! Oh, and don't be surprised to find that the website photos are far outdated. About 10-15 years old. The place doesn't look like the pictures.

My family member stayed at Medallion and she loved it. The therapy staff were amazing, and got her back to independence. The nursing staff care and go out of their way to care for my mom. She’s excited to move into their independent living apartments next week. 10/10 recommend Medallion.

My father was here and they really failed to take care of him. We had no idea how ill equipped they were. We arrived one day after he’d been there a little over a week. He had really started to deteriorate over a few days. We took him in our own car (he was a stroke patient with no lower extremities movement) to the ER. He was admitted into the ICU immediately. We were then told he was having kidney failure because he was so dehydrated from Medallion. I wish I would have written this sooner so people would be aware. It was the hardest place to leave a loved one.

Medallion is wonderful. Not only is everyone there super friendly, they are also very helpful. I’m always greeted with a smile and the residents have wonderful things to say about staff members and other residents living there. ☺️

I have lived in the independent living apartments for a year now. Although I don't receive routine care, the staff is amazing, friendly and always helpful and polite. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for any level of care.

Vanessa and Jesse are the best! They went above and beyond helping move in a new resident actually helping to pick up furniture and belongings from a storage unit! I’d trust my family to them anytime! Great facility and better staff!

Medallion gets an A. The staff are friendly and seem to really care for their residents. When you walk through the door you are greeted by residents who seem genuinely happy to be there. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

Great facility! The nurses and therapists are top notch! They strive to keep residents safe and informed. I’d be happy to have my loved ones there.
