My grandmother was at MME for several months on two different occasions. She did therapy here originally and I cannot say enough about their therapy department. They are the best hands down! They truly care about the resident and ensuring they return home safely. The second time my grandmother was here, she was on a Hospice stay for end of life care. They ensured she was pain free and comfortable. The last day, when she was actively passing, they ensured we had the privacy we needed and checked on us frequently. The Social Services Director, Cindy and the Administrator, Pam both came to her room to personally give their condolences for our loss. I cannot speak enough great words about this place and the care they give. Thank you you to the staff for giving my grandmother the best care for both her stays!

Staff treat residences like family.. I feel comfortable for my grandmother being there, I was afraid at first, but she really likes it. She’s never wet and never smells like poop. They feed them well and everyone seems to be treated with care. I personally recommend this nursing home for your Love one..
Torture elderly by taking away their privileges. Lie about their care. Take their personal property. It is run like a mental facility by cindy uselman. Do not trust these people cindy will do bad things to your parents when you are not around. They trick you into short term stays then wont let you leave. They own a real estate company and sell your house through it once they trap you there . start asking cindy questions and you will start finding lies. This place is a nightmare and should be shut down. There isnt enough space to wtite tne horrors ive seen there. Contact the state when you start noticing. If you try to report a problem to them that they are supposed to report to the state they will lie and say they did report it. They will not you have to report yourself. Do not trust them.
They were very nice to my grandmother Virginia Bracken when she was there
