Meadow Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare

My mother stayed here for quite some time. I couldn’t say enough positive things about our experience with staff, and the administration running this facility. Their communication was very strong and my mom felt safe, and happy during her last few months. I miss her so much, but it felt so fulfilling for the both of us spending her remaining days with such caring and devoted people surrounding her. Rest in peace Gertrude. You were one hell of a woman.

As the primary caregiver for my family, I have found the services at Meadow Park invaluable! Three of my family members have done rehabilitation here, and each time, the experience has been exceptional. The staff is consistently courteous, and their team communication is top-tier, making sure everyone is on the same page about my loved ones’ care. Balancing my full-time job and caregiving is challenging, but the Meadow Park team has been a tremendous help, especially in transitioning my loved ones back home after hospital stays. On days when I’m working from home, I can spend the day with my family member at the facility. They even allow me to join them in the gym to observe their progress, which is both reassuring and encouraging. Meadow Park has truly been a supportive partner in my caregiving journey, providing both high-quality care and peace of mind.

I’ve been employed 2 1/2 years at Meadow Park as its Life Enrichment Director. Although there have been challenges , the support of the Administrator and Management Team have been top notch. Whenever the Life Enrichment Department facilitated a special event, staff asked what could they do to make the event special for the residents. I suggest you visit Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center’s Facebook page and look at all the wonderful programming we offer through the Life Enrichment Department, as well as the various services that are offered to our long term and short term stay residents. I am very impressed with this place. My sister was struck in a car accident and is at this facility for 2-3 weeks of rehabilitation. The place is clean with staff cleaning the rooms and hallways while I was there, staff is friendly and her care has been excellent. There were some minor issues at first, but Lorenzo came to my sister‘s room to troubleshoot anything that wasn’t going right. And he resolved any minor issues we were having. My sister is a healthy eater. The facility provided her with food that meets her dietary needs, healthy options and good tasting. She has been in physical therapy every weekday and last week an occupational therapist met with her to make sure she could take care of herself after her accident. My sister is doing really well here. I think this place is top-notch and would not hesitate to place a loved one here. Update: been some problems with meals. The staff dietician calls for one thing but staff sometimes delivers the wrong thing. Ex: sister’s meal ticket called for baked salmon & steamed veggies (heart healthy) but she was given an egg salad sandwich by the nurse. There is room for improvement here.

This was the most difficult time of my life in 10/25/23 I spent 1 month at another facility and 6 months at Meadow Park . It felt like a resort.Physical Therapy taught me to walk again.The GNA and nursing staff treated me like a human being.The food was tolerable at times.My accommodates were excellent from Him and Cathy in P To Lorenzo in customer service.All of the staff was very professional and kind . If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.Thanks to everyone including my family for giving me my life back.All love from Denice Taylor

My father was there for 3 weeks. Very caring and responsive staff. Exceptionally clean and smells like a spa! We highly recommend!

What a beautiful facility Had the pleasure of touring this center during an open house and I was absolutely floored with the beauty. Everything was brand new and modern looking. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of rehabilitation for a loved one!

Excellent place for rehab!! Staff is very friendly and pleasant to interact with, and the maintenance crew keeps that place absolutely spotless! I've been in and out of nursing/rehabilitation centers for different reasons (jobs) other than my own parents needs, and can say with absolute certainty, Meadow Park on Rolling Road has set the standard and bar high! Most places reek of soiled rooms, linens, and waste all the time, but here, you can't even smell that even passing by the soiled linen room! Granted, if there's a fresh oopsies, there is, but the staff are quick and thorough on removing such things. They also encourage the freedom of patients with reasonable safety precautions...if the patient is mobile in a wheelchair, they don't restrict them to their rooms as if they are prisoners as other rehabs do. If it's safe for the patient and the others...they encourage them to go out and into the foyer, patios, and lounges, and if they can't, the activities staff are the most amazing people...they will personally make sure of it and really, honestly care for the patient as a whole person, and do what they can to ensure a most pleasant experience! My mom was in another rehab place, and they both neglected and abused her badly, so, when my dad had to go into one recently from surgery...I was scared to death and my guard was way up...but, the staff here...they actually care, and it shows in every way, and I was actually able to relax and sleep at night, knowing my dad was in the best place and hands. I only wish I knew about Meadow Park when my mom needed rehab, I believe her recovery would have been 1,000% better. Don't get me wrong...there is no perfect place for rehab, there were a few bumps, lol, but despite that, I cannot recommend, thank, and applaud Meadow Park and it's staff enough to even do them justice. If you or a loved one needs rehab...this is, hands down, the place to go. I hope neither of my parents need rehab again, lol, but, if they would need or do...Meadow Park is now my go-to...I can honestly say that I trust them with two of my most favorite, beloved, and dearest to my heart people...my parents. Thank you, Meadow Park Staff...from the administrator, to the social workers, to the head nurse and nurses, doctor, the techs, cooks, therapy, activities, receptionists, and maintenance crews...YOU GUYS ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! THANK YOU!!!
