MDM Physical Therapy

MDM is the best physical therapy center i have ever gone to. The staff is friendly, helpful and they educate you about the how and why you are doing the exercises or treatments that will improve your condition. Mark Mooney has been someone that has made his center one of the front runners in the industry by keeping up with new techniques and equipment such as lazer treatment and core straightening. I am a Polio survivor and without Mark and MDM I wouldn't be walking and maintaining the lifestyle I have. I owe them a large debt of gratitude and thanks for being there for over the years.

The MDM team was friendly and went right to work on my rehab. From the first day I walked in using a walker after knee replacement surgery, I made progress. Within a few weeks time I have the strength and confidence to get around unassisted. I have a stretching regiment that works in parallel with strength training that works perfectly for me. Beth is amazing. I couldn't open my mouth but a few centimeters with my TMJ issues, but within 9-10 treatments I could open my jaw farther than she expected. Life changing! Highly recommend.

I have gotten control of my life again or should I say my body! My wife recommended that I visit MDM to see if they could help with the ringing in my ears and the stiffness with my neck. After the 1st visit with Beth where she was working on alignment of my spine and neck, I had more more mobility in my neck. Beth provided me with exercises to help achieve a goal of meeting normal levels of mobility with my neck and to maintain spine alignment. After several visits, I was able to maintain proper alignment and achieve normal mobility with my neck. The ringing in my ears is still there, but it is great to have the mobility back in my neck. Best physical therapy I have ever gone to before! Their therapists are very knowledgeable and use a variety of methods to help the spine get aligned and stay aligned. Massage techniques, Laser therapy, vibration machine and STIM therapy with exercises that can be done at home. You’ll be healed in no time!
