MCH Physical Therapy

Doctor Crater and her staff are absolutely wonderful! They're welcoming, kind, and very professional and have created a welcoming and reassuring environment. This being my first time having physical therapy of any kind, I was a bit apprehensive at first. But my apprehension quickly vanished upon my initial consultation with Dr. Crater. MCH has earned my highest recommendation.

I had a major fall out of a tree on a river. I sprained my knee and strained the muscles and tendons in my calf. After two visits I could walk normaly and after 8 I had my full range of motion back. 10/10 would recommend.

I've had a great experience with Dr. Crater. She helped resolve some shoulder pain for me. She has current technology. She won't waste your time with unnecessary treatments. She's honest and not going to keep scheduling you if you're not in need of treatment either. Everyone I've met that works there is friendly and welcoming. I like the simplicity and ease about the environment. I simply have no complaints and will go back when I need to. I highly recommend scheduling with her.

Dr. Crater gave me the relief and hope that I have been missing, for over a year, since my back injury. She actually listens, and I feel heard! The group over there is nothing less than phenomenal!!! Highly recommend for ANYONE hurting and ready to get back to life!

I didnt know what to expect when I started 3 months ago, but after working with Dr Crater and her staff- Mr Cameron and Ms Phyllis; I can honestly say, their professionalism and attention to your every need is UNMATCHED! If you are seeking/need physical therapy- Make MCH your 1st and last stop! I will never choose anyone else to my health care needs. Clinic and staff are very professional yet friendly. Clinic atmosphere is personalized. Appointments are timely. Treatments are professionally explained prior to treatments. I lucked upon this clinic while I had been waiting over a week for a call back from a larger clinic, which I had been trying to get an appointment into for PT, however no one from the larger clinic was calling me back from there. Just so happens I prefer the smaller more personalized services received at MCH Physical Therapy after all.

Dr. Crater is an excellent therapist. My wife is seeing her for recovery from knee replacement surgery. Dr Crater has a great deal of experience and it shows in her kindness and understanding of her patient’s pain and limitations. While gentle in her care she ensures her patient does the necessary work to recover. On a personal level Dr Crater is just a joy to be around….so very personable. If either my wife or I need therapy again we will choose MCH Physical Therapy.

I have received physical therapy treatments at this facility on numerous occasions. I have seen other therapists in the past, but the therapists at MCH Physical Therapy are exceptional. Dr. Crater and Mr. Franklin are very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and dedicated to a client's recovery and well being. They keep up to date on new treatment modalities and customize treatment specifically to the individual. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else..
