MOST of these negative reviews = DUMB AF These are people that don’t take responsibility for their health. No I don’t work there but I see it all too often with other veterans. There are a small few that ignore their health and then blame the VA when it gets bad. It’s sad but on a more positive note; McClellan Clinic makes it easy to stay on top of your health. It provides essentially a “one stop shop” for healthcare. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s basically a hospital but simplified with a more relaxed vibe. They even have a chiropractor and a shuttle service. Veterans are NOT the easiest population to care for, so I have to give credit where it’s due. This place exceeds the standard and has my appreciation.

As a veteran I have received, and seen others receive excellent care from McClellan Clinic Doctors and Staff. They have greatly enhanced my quality of life in a few ways. Having profession support to deal with medical problems means more than I can relate. I consider myself fortunate to have this Clinic and those working there helping me. Thank you very much!

I witnessed a complete breakdown of this facility's concern for the health care of a man who served his country by volunteering his life to protect and serve the very people that blatantly mistreated and discriminated against him when he tried to get help that he has already paid for with his life... Specifically Joanne Castro and Dr. Marx whose pics are not included... These employees all refused to provide services claiming that the veteran was a threat because he was armed with a camera and they fear accountability... Hope they don't find out that there are cameras watching everything they do all day everyday. They refused to even answer simple questions that would have solved the entire issue... He spent 3 hrs getting the run around from every person he dealt with....

I've had more than a few bad experiences with this location in the past couple years. I get the feeling Primarily Care is understaffed, overworked, and curtious treatment of patients is not a priority. After my recent interaction I'm looking at switching to a different VA location.

The VA is the finest healthcare system in the world according to my not so humble estimation! I find that they provide excellent care in every area. They focus on natural cures with me because that's what I like. I get physical therapy I get acupuncture I get Chiropractic. I do not get those at McClellan only the physical therapy! It is awesome it is a treatment that I have the ability to depend on because it works. Everything they do there has worked for me the kindness of the receptionist the effectiveness they have in doing their job the therapist the person who is the head of the department who does like a triage with you Matt all of them fantastic no issues of any kind with the VA in any area

My husband is a disabled/retired Veteran. We have great response for his Mental Health appointments. However, his Primary care is a joke. I have personally attended and Dr. Tito doesn't even care what is in his chart. He will not pursue the issues my husband continually experiences. He needs radiology referrals and someone to actually examine him.. We have put in request to change physicians' I have called and been told the Clinic Supervisor will return my call....NOTHING is being done. My husband is in constant pain and needs medical attention. He had surgery for a torn bicep at Mather with EXCELLENT care and follow up Physical Therapy at McClellan, again EXCELLENT. His primary care needs to be addressed and he should NOT need to see a Dr. that ignores all of his issues that need to be addressed.

First time visited this VA clinic today and first impression to this place and staffs were great. As I walked up to the entrance, they guided me through where I supposed to go or see for my appointment. The primary care assistant (assuming a Nurse) noticed that this was my first time visiting so she walked me through from A to Z instead just telling where to go. I really appreciated all the staffs with hard work during this sensitive time.
