MBI/Workwell Occupational Medicine, LLC - Greeley

Had a 9am appointment for a physical. 9:40am they tell me the room isn’t ready to do my physical because they have a patient in it still. Take your business somewhere else. They just don’t care. Poor customer service. Won’t come back

During the course of my injury I have been seen my Concentra, Workwell/MBI in Longmont and Workwell/MBI in Greeley. I was pleasantly surprised by not only the front desk staff and their kindness and willingness to help but also by their providers. I have seen 3 of their providers including one who transferred to Fort Collins, a PA and now Dr. Hanna. All of their providers have gone above and beyond to try to help me get better! They are amazing! Would absolutely recommend for any work comp needs. They make the stress of a work injury so much easier to manage.

Waited for nearly 3 hours Front desk literally got everyone else taken care of except me. Literally Forgot about me and ignored me. 1/5. Staff in back was helpful and nice. But overall would NOT RECOMMEND. Go somewhere else

If I could give zero stars I would. My care was negligent, unprofessional, and concerning. Don’t bother trying to call either because you can’t get through 9 out of 10 times on the phone.

Place where they lie constantly (Tamera Yost) is the led liar. They tell me that they contacted Insurance company but can't supply dates and time of emails for confirmation of communication. Avoid this place!!!!!

Never in my time as a medical employee have I witnessed such a disgrace of a health care institute. Poor customer service and unprofessionalism. 10/10 would not recommend this place at all...

called 10 times before someone actually answered call. Had appointment for 9. Didn’t get in till almost ten. Don’t consider this place.

Great place to go when you're hurt at work . Lori always takes her time to answer all my questions. About my appointments . And Doctor Luke he's really a great Doctor. He's axplaind everything about my upcoming appointments and he takes time to explain all about my work injury. They have really nice receptionist at the front desk as well.
