After the first visit I was very unhappy with the care. 6 months later I am still deal with a work related injury. Katie and Dr. Dupper has been very understanding and amazing to work with. Katie has been very helpful and understanding through out the plan of care.

Always friendly when you come through the door and are genuinely concerned with how your day is going. No matter who you Interact with, you are treated respectfully and taken care of as quickly as there schedule will allow. Everyone I have encountered has a smile and is very helpful in getting me through my treatments. Thank you for everything and being amazing 👍😀

I sustained a head injury at work and MBI Loveland handled my case with such care and compassion! I professionally am in the work comp business and know the ins and outs so when I say they did amazing I truly mean so! I went in pretty traumatized with the whole situation and they did everything so amazingly well to ease my mind and treat my injury! Kelli Rickett, is hands down the BEST provider and her team MA’s Emily and Tiffany, and Center Administrator Kaiti made this such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them all for your work comp needs! Everyone at this office was just spectacular during my entire recovery! Special shout out to Leslie, the massage therapist, for her incredible service. She listened to my concerns and was very informative. She definitely knows what she is doing and you will leave knowing your body better!

Incredibly sad how poor the patients are treated here. My partner had a severely sprained ankle and Dr.Dupper’s way of treating a patient is by not caring in the slightest. They didn’t bandage it like everyone knows you are supposed, had no ice available to help the swelling. Provided no pain management or provided any information on how to take care of it at home. Seeing as these hospitals work with businesses, you’d think they’d work hard to make sure employees are properly cared for. A sprain isn’t that bad but come on now. How inappropriate…

Each and every worker here has made it a more pleasant time to come into a doctors office. Ever since day one they have been a huge support system not even knowing me. They are genuinely amazing caring people who will help me out each step of the way to recovery. They are a truly wonderful group of people that when I am done with treatment I’ll be sad to not see them every week. They make a doctors visit enjoyable which includes Nicole and Ashley checking me in to Deb taking me back to the therapist and doctors I visit with. Great people and great work place. Thank you!

I had a drug screening test for a job and the lady at the front desk seemed irritated. The nurse who took the test was also moody and gave the impression that she was having a bad day; which should never be displayed during work hours.

This place is great! Going through my injury has been a rough experience. And getting taken care by the work well in Loveland has made it much better. And they are all so friendly and nice. I especially want to recognize Deb and Nicole but all the staff is great!
