MBI - Workwell Longmont

I came in due to a work injury related to my back. I saw multiple providers and overall I feel like they are all wonderful and caring. I spent months in PT and they did an amazing job hearing every complaint I had. Over all, the entire clinic is amazing including the friendly front staff that made me feel welcome every time I had a follow-up and Pt. You Guys Rock!

This has been the best experience I've ever had with a doctor office. The service is quick, I’m in a room in 5 min. Everyone is friendly and the doctors are great. The front desk workers are wonderful and are always kind and welcoming. I had many follow up appointments and every time has been excellent and the same experience I can’t say enough about this place I would give 10 stars if i could. Thanks to all of you!!

The staff at MBI Longmont is top notch. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable that going there is always a pleasant experience. I had to do ankle PT and doctor visits for about a month after a work injury and their PT team taught me so much helpful information and some new exercises for injury prevention in the future. Plus they had a great sense of humor and bedside manner that made my visits fly by. My doctor also really paid attention to how I felt about my injury progression when making decisions about when I was going to return to full duty. Can't recommend this place enough. Thank you for the excellent care!

Awesome crew!!! Physical therapists, doctors, front office. Compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, helpful, motivating. Full Achilles rupture/infection.. long 2 year’s of recovery with many complications, but on the right path and getting better every day.

Everyone from the front desk ladies to all the physical therapy crew are super helpful and kind. My anxiety was eased right away from the first greeting I had. Thanks yall

Went in for a drug screen and I was in and out before I even knew. Staff was very friendly! Would recommend. Thank you Grace for walking me through step by step process as it was my 1st drug screen.

Extremely rude and disrespectful they indirectly accuse people of lying about workman’s comp and ignore concerns in a shocking and disrespectful manner, and were extremely cold and unhelpful, when someone is simply concerned and seeking medical help. This is not how medical treatment should be. Very shameful. It’s like they want to make people feel terrible or that it’s their job to ignore symptoms and gaslight you. DO NOT RECOMMEND, extremely toxic and concerning, STAY AWAY. I was simply trying to get medical attention and was met with abhorrent disrespect and unprofessionalism. SHAME ON YOU FOR CALLING YOURSELVES MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS.

Incompetency doesn't begin to convey the amount of sheer incompetence of the PT staff. The Physician Assistants for the must part are just as bad. The staff brushes off any concerns of the patient. Tells the patient they're wrong , only to then lie and gaslight the patient on said lies. Will not grant any referrals to any specialist unless you bend over backwards for these ego maniacs.
