MBI Sky Harbor

There are like 40 people working here and they are helping 1 person every hour been here for almost 2 hours for drug test. Funny how companies waste their money on bad employees just to waste other peoples time. This is the broadway location and it’s funny cause all the reviews say the same thing and no one has changed a thing.

Most unless place ever. All MBI locations are only corporate mouth pieces. They don't care about anything else but money. This doctor didn't even read the MRI I had done before he told me nothing wrong. Walmart pays them a lot of money to keep you so poor you can't fight. Workers comp laws need to change.

This experience has confirmed that we need another avenue for job-related injuries. The service was very slow with no real regard for trying to get the employees back to their job. I thought this would be faster than OnSite. It isn’t.

I really appreciate Mikila (Specialist MA) for all her help and patience. I was very worried about my injury, but she took care of every detail and explained the process, making me feel on every visit appreciated. Thank you Mikila!

Waited over 2 hours and 30 minutes for an employment drug screen and physical. This lab is extremely slow. The reason my wait wasn't longer is because I told the clerks how long I been waiting. I came in at 2, it's now 4:40 and I'm still here. In a waiting room alone while they try to find a specialist to watch me lift a 30 pound box smh.

The whole team who took care of my Husband did an excellent job. Huge thanks to Maria, Phillis and Dr.Calvillo!!! I really appreciate all of you💜

Hiedi, Ashton, the team in front of the office and the entire mbi staff were absolutely amazing. I recovered nicely from my severe back injury I had on the job. I highly recommend this place. The physical therapy was a huge help I greatly appreciate these people. Thanks again MBI for your help.

I injured my knee and had to come to MBI for a couple of weeks for Physical Therapy. I started out on crutches, but moved very quickly to walking around with a compression and then no support. Ashton, Heidi, and Will were always welcoming and kind from my first appointment to my last. I felt like they met me where I was at and challenged me to do my best while also encouraging me to take breaks and rest when I needed it. I would often be paired with one PT for an appointment, but either of the other two would hop in to help out and keep things rolling if they were occupied. It was cool to see some great teamwork. If you’re looking for some folks that will make you feel comfortable and help you heal, I would recommend these three. Thanks again for helping me get my knee back in good shape.
