Stephanie is a vile unprofessional miserable hag. because I'm a few pounds overweight from whatever charts they have (I work out regularly and I eat clean so I know I'm not that bad) she looks at me and tells me I'm fat. nothing else, just that. I said excuse me? she said I was fat and if I want to keep my job I need to lose weight? I said I didn't appreciate her tone because it was very unprofessional. she said if I want to keep my job and keep providing for my family I need to lose weight in a very snobby manner. she's absolutely one to be talking, she isn't in shape by any means but im not going to tell her that?? where's the professionalism? how does she still work here? this isn't my first encounter with her. stay far away from this place, go to the other location and save yourself the stress and frustration

Horrible service make you wait 45 min to tell you they cannot assist you. and to blame it on your coworker when it's the same company. Then see them laugh because you are not getting help it's kind of sad how customer service is not a priority.

If I could put 0 stars I absolutely would. I had the unfortunate experience of getting a work related check up by Stephanie. she was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making snide remarks about my weight, cutting me off mid sentence and writing things down on her paper before I could even explain my situation about what my body is going through. when I try to explain myself, she would talk over me and roll her eyes, like she had somewhere better to be. she didnt listen to a word i said and just wrote down whatever she wanted so she didnt have to deal with me, and i feel like i wasnt evaluated correctly. I don't understand why you would want to do this line of work if you have no patience or interest in the well being of others. this is not my first time experiencing this at this location and not my first time seeing her. the disgusting treatment I've received from her and staff at this location is unacceptable and I will be taking legal action very soon. your staff is vile and embarrassing. please shut your doors or get better staff!!

They must get paid nothing because why else would they not give a rats azz about taking in new customers and helping the ones they have. Gonna ask my HR why this place out of everything in town. Has to be some forced catch.

Where do I start? Upon arrival I had a piece of paper telling the front desk what I was there for and they still managed to not give me all the paperwork I was supposed to fill out. After about 30 min they finally gave me more papers when I thought the process might of got simpler but it didn’t. I was taking a cdl physical so I had to fill out those papers on medical history about if and when I might have had a seizure or if I’m currently taking medications. Since nothing applies I drew a line through all the “No’s” but I guess that’s what upset them. It was about 2 hrs till closing so maybe everyone there just had a long day. After I did my drug test the lady told me I had to write a email when I never give anyone my email cuz they can contact me by phone. What are they going to do send me my results? Then before she told me it was 3 min… when everywhere I’ve ever been the max min was 5 but now I gotta do it in 3! Point is I see yall are trying to be more strict but I don’t cheat the system. I wouldn’t be surprised if that number of minutes goes down. Then talking to the actual lady that signs off on your documents she was where i figured they must be pissed about how I marked off my answers. She told me everyone that does that don’t read them. Then she always loves correcting me on how to do a squat. But she did everything real quick which made it seem like she/they don’t really take their job seriously but they were mad I drew a line threw the “No’s” …she later asked when I last been to the doctors and wanted to know what my most recent visit to urgent care was about but what she gunna do with the information try and help me? Well after all that they gave me my papers to leave and I hadn’t noticed they only gave me 1 year when I usually get 2. After looking at what they wrote im guessing it’s cuz I’m fat that I only get a year? Searching google they say being fat could lead to sleep apnea but in 2023 I went to old boys down the street at consentra and they actually took out a measuring tape and measured my neck and told me I’m good. That or maybe they were just getting me back. Lastly yall half wrote my address if I wrote it down in a specific way I expect it to be the same. You’ve done it the same cuz I’ve been a customer here for awhile except for when I went to consentra. But for some reason yall didn’t write it fully this time. But it’s fine cuz I hope to never go back to this location again. Also my tires don’t like your parking lot.

I brought my mom here 2 times already and she's elderly in crutches. They don't have a disability door access. The staff looks at you like they hate their job and they have attitudes. They moped and then told us we had to sit far away from the door she would be called from which was very inconvenient considering it takes her a long time to walk from one end to the next. Just very unprofessional.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with MBI. Their staff is incredibly incompetent, and I had to visit their office five times just to get basic paperwork sorted out. To make matters worse, they managed to lose my provider documentation multiple times, causing endless frustration. The level of rudeness I encountered from their employees was astounding. Avoid MBI at all costs if you value your sanity and time.

I came in on a Tuesday at 11am checked in by very friendly & professional young lady. Was getting a DOT Physical & this was one of the most pleasant & professional experiences I've had doing one of these. Don't believe the bad reviews of the staff here is Top Notch & ill be back. Thank you MBI 😊
