I came to MBI after tearing my ACL. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location. Dr. Gavlak is an amazing doctor that is truly there to help you and wants only the best possible outcome for you. Brandon (Brenda) and Annette were amazing and super personable. Sam and Dave, these two guys helped me so much through my recovery. Sam and Dave gave me the confidence to walk and run again. 6 months after my injury, I was discharged thanks to Sam and Dave. Thank you so much to everyone that was involved in my recovery!

I had a bit of a hard to diagnos injury and everyone here has been so patient and helpful. They got a good gym with equipment geared to mimic common work scenarios and fun people who like to enjoy the time while working on helping you recover. I was happy to be there each time. Sam, Dave, Becky, and Dr Gavlack were who I saw and they were great and knowledgable people.

Sam and dave helped my dad tremendously with his recovery. They were a support not only for him but for our whole family! We appreciate the time and patience they had with him in his recovery process. We would recommend this therapy team to anyone! Keep up the good work!

I got referred for physical therapy after an injury to my shoulder. Sam and Dave have both helped me with my recovery and also have been very thorough in walking me through exercises and also giving me extra steps to take at home to get me back to normal faster.

I was referred to mbi for an injury to my back. Sam and Dave have not only been very helpful and professional but extremely personable and genuine in their treatment I would highly recommend them to anyone with current or future PT needs and I know if I have any further issues or new incidents I will definitely be returning to this location.

Not sure about the actual service as I brought someone here for a work related injury. While sitting in the lobby, I could hear desk staff making derogatory comments regarding a patient. As a healthcare professional myself, I find this very inappropriate and unprofessional.

The best staff! This is my second time coming in for a work related injury, they are all super kind , and helpful when it comes to anything ! , I appreciate the staff here ! Dave and Sam are great in the physical therapy! Also thank you to Annette and Brandon for taking care of my scheduling, they all make personal connections that’s something I enjoy here at mbi !
