When I broke my left wrist, twice in 3 days, I thank my lucky stars I got Win Moore as my surgeon. After surgery and PT, my wrist is good as new, with the added strength of titanium plates and screws. My scar is a fine line, barely visible. I'm 75 years old now and very grateful to Dr. Moore for my totally working wrist!

DO NOT GO HERE under Dr. Moore’s care, he is negligent and has a temper. My husband was treated in a way I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. We have filed a complaint against Dr. Moore to the Arkansas state medical board. The staff were great but do yourself a favor and don’t let this doctor mistreat you.
No patient contact.Lets the staff handle matters that should be between Doctor and Patient. Poor communication with staff.
I received great advice from Cheyenne Morgan the APRN during my visit. Very friendly & efficient.
Dr. Moore did my shoulder surgery and did an amazing job. The doctor and his staff were wonderful. Since then he has also done surgery on my knee and haven’t had any problems with my shoulder or knee.
Dr. Moore did follow-up care for my husband's badly broken leg after another surgeon left this area, and I immediately loved his whole staff. Yes---he's a SURGEON, not an office worker! He's clear, concise, and incredibly caring, especially when prepping you for surgery and afterward. I have had one surgery, and it looks like another shoulder needs help, too! My son has been to him numerous times for some complicated issues, and he's made time for him---he and his staff have NEVER been anything but nice. I recommend them to everyone.
Dr. Moore has handled my orthopedic care for years including surgery and rehab. Also the same for my children and parents. Professional, empathetic, personal, extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. He’s our guy!
Dr. Moore and his staff were amazing for our daughter's surgery. We felt that our family was well respected and well informed through out her pre and post op care.
