My wife and I have been calling for a 2 weeks going on 3 weeks asking for my daughters asthma medication to be refilled. The MAs and their supervisor have all assured us that the request sent to them by the pharmacy has been sent back with approval. Every time I call the pharmacy to see if it’s ready they say they haven’t received anything.

I used to bring my daughters when it was YBPC but it’s no longer managed by them it’s now mayflower group it’s not what it used to be at all we’re always rushed out my concerns are not answered or taken with importance also labs used to be done there now they’re just referrals which takes more time and more missed work or school

Extremely disappointed with this clinic lately. My boys have been going here since they were born (oldest now 4) and I always received the best care. I had zero complaints and all staff had always been extremely helpful, until now. It seems they have changed most of their staff and it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment when my kids are sick. Whenever I try to book the front desk gives me such a hard time and wants to book me two weeks from when I call. At that point, my kids aren’t even sick anymore and don’t even need to be seen anymore. Moreover, they book telehealth appointments for me and I wait all day long for them to never give me a call. My kids have been extremely sick at least twice within the past 4 months and I am left to figure out how to help them at home or take them to urgent care where I spend HOURS for them to just tell me to see my pediatrician, but of course they are not available. I also recently attempted to book my newborn’s appointment and they didn’t have anything available until JULY. The person on the phone didn’t even take into consideration that she’s a newborn and needs to be seen ASAP for her follow up weight check. I am not sure who I spoke to exactly, but she was extremely unhelpful and not empathetic at all. We recently went to my son’s check up and she was rude and dismissive. I really miss their old staff. Dr. Chowdary was the best and it is unfortunate I have to find a new doctor for my babies.

Poor experience. Staff tells you there's no appointment it's very unprofessional for the receptionist not to know when doctors are available. They do not help at all I had to fill out some documents that are not authorized and the only doctor who attended her patients was Yovana Bruno... there is an assistant dr.gaya could not fill out some documents for me I don't know what kind of clinic it is.

Poor experience. As a parent you want your Dr. to always be there for your child when you most need them. Staff tells you there an appt available and then goes back in the line to tell you nevermind there's no appointment it's very unprofessional for the receptionist not to know when doctors are available.

La doctora chowdary es un ángel como doctora para mis hijos estuve por años con ella pero ahora he decidido irme de esta clínica Pero ahora el staff está horrible nunca pude agarrar una cita y tengo problemas con agarrar los reportes para los especialistas del hospital de niños y los otros especialistas Siento tanto que se va la doctora chowdary Naga Pero yo también me llevo a mis hijos de esta clinica por la administración fea que esta hoy ni medir la presión arterial

Pésimo tengo esperando el reporte de un físico 3 días y las recepcionistas son súper groseras
