I had an excellent experience at the hospital, thanks to the outstanding care I received. Heather Corr was attentive, compassionate, and thorough in addressing my concerns. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. The lab staff were equally impressive—efficient, professional, and kind. They ensured the process was quick and as comfortable as possible. I’m grateful for the exceptional teamwork and dedication of everyone involved. It’s clear that patient care is their top priority. Highly recommend!

wow where to start. I've been getting wound care for several months and staff has been fantas7tic Ellie, Michelle, Kayla and Dr. Magno have taken fantastic care of me. This new hospital is first rate and wonderful to see. update. I have just finished physical therapy here at the hospital. they do a great job I mean absolutely stupendous. I have improved dramatically through the therapy and now will continue at home. The staff are exceptional. And it's too bad I can't get more. but that's how it goes. they've done a tremendous job with me helping me get back on my feet and get my life back. And they're also great people to talk with as well.

I went in told doctor I wasn’t feeling well. I told him my symptoms, and for ten minutes he kept making the same point about not having access to blood tests I took over a month ago. I told him I understood and asked if they could do blood tests and a urinalysis to see what is going on. For 10 minutes he repeated the same thing again and again after 5 minutes he pulled a nurse into the room. I asked if I could get treatment or tests or whatever. He repeated the same thing again about the blood tests. I asked a final time for him to do something. He made no. Move to treat me. I am sick and the doctor, he is a man and older, at the burney clinic never made a move to help me. After 10 minutes of being in with the doctor and him repeating the same thing over and over, I decided that I wasn’t getting any help so I left. They still have my drivers license and my medical report from the er, they also never returned my Medicare card or my partnership card. I asked them to mail it back to me. She said she has to ask her manager if she can do that. The manager is conveniently not around hen I wanted to talk to her. I am left wondering about any medical in any of the clinics and in the intermountain area.

Just finishing a contract in Fall River Mills , California at Mayers Memorial Hospital. What a great experience. The staff is superb . Terrific pharmacist and a gifted wound care department, department, coupled with effective management. All in all , I give this facility an A . Plus it is beautiful here.

Incredibly caring nursing staff and doctors. Treated me gently and made me feel so comfortable and at home when I was so very far from home and in a tough position. They went out of their way to take care of my partner making sure she had accommodations in the area and I can’t express enough how above and beyond everyone went to ease our anxiety. Much love to the entire staff top to bottom. Extremely kind folks here.

Excellent! I had an unexpected medical moment while travelling through Lassen Forest July 4th and ended up here. The crew who took care of me from the Forest service, the Medics(so patient with me), nurses, hospital staff and Dr Watson were fantastic!! They were all caring, kind, professional and we all had quite a few laughs. Thanks for being awesome !!! p.s. Dr Watson.....yes I'm probably a little nuts but it wasn't the nuts!!! LOL Got it covered:)

Horrible staff. I came in sobbing and begging for help and I was not taken seriously. I told them the pain was so bad I wanted to die and the old man doctor told me he would put me on a hold with no pain management as a threat! The nurse hummed and was having a happy time while I sobbed in pain. I was offered no pain management. Then she spilt blood all over me trying to reach for something far away with a needle stuck in my arm. So unprofessional! Do not go here! You will not feel safe. The nurses laughed at me and called me a brat for not wanting an IV.

I was sent there from a doctor . I get there they continued to ask me why I was there. I was really sick I do not go to the er unless I'm really really sick. Because I want to get back to work. The nurses were horribly unpleasant and the doctor . I got diagnosed with covid they give me no meds not even Tylenol. The last nurse was the only one that treated me like I was human. They escort me out the back door. So basically I paid a ton of money to be treated like garbage. My doctor is really upset. Do not go there go to redding!!!!!!
