I am pleased to write this review and recommendation and can not underestimate the positive experience ive had. I have a brain injury, and through the professionalism, experience of speech pathologist Christina Pak, Taylor and Maddie Madalyn i have meaning in my life again. I also want to emphasize that speech pathologist Christina Pak is not only highly skilled but also knowledgeable, intuitive, incredibly kind, patient and caring. Thank you, Maddie, Christina, and Taylor, for your dedication and outstanding care. True Heros!

Maxum physical therapy is a great place to have therapy. The staff members are the best friendly and professional. Branden is best therapist and caring person ever. Branden is a great and cares for his patients. They are always asking if I'm OK or if any discomfort. They always make me feel welcome. I will highly recommend this place. I will definitely give them 💯 percent. I look forward to continuing with my physical therapy sessions. Thank you so much for the support and caring for my health. Maxum physical Therapy is the best in Orange county 👌 🙌

All the 1 star reviews are true. 1st they start with a good assessment, therapist are GOOD. Front office tells you that you have Scheduling restrictions that you can only come in from 10 to 2. So for my kiddos to get therapy I have to miss work and my kids have to miss school twice a week? I don't think is fair Scheduling it should be 1st come 1st serve. But scheduling should give every parent the opportunity to schedule any time to come in.One time I Schedule my son for 2 months with no restrictions,, then another lady calls me saying that I wasn't suppose to be schedule in the afternoon because they are all booked up all the time, but when I was making the appointment the girl in the front was giving me so many options on time openings to come in so I don't understad.

My autistic 3 year old went there for 3 months and out of nowhere told me he was kicked out for “biting someone” but I wasn’t told of this till a week after he supposedly did it and my son is not one to bite anyone and also didn’t show proof or anything of the sort please work on your communication skills! one of this therapist’s was very rude to us saying how “horrible” and ending the session early because of how “bad” he was and the fact that it’s not one therapist but traded off is not good autistic kids need repetition. They said I can still stay for speech but if something like that happened and I wasn’t told while I wasn’t with my son what else happens that parents are not told about??

My son goes here for OT. Everything was going good until today when we had our Physical therapy intake, the therapist was great. This review is based on the company method for scheduling. First the therapist told us she was available all day, which we thought great we don't want to take him out of school. But the scheduler said they only had mornings available. The therapist came over and told her she was available . But then the lady at the front desk said they have to give priority to other clients who have been here longer. This just doesn't sit well with me. Even though its been almost a year that we have been here for OT. This just made my experience bad. We will have to change PT providers. When we told the lady this she was just "ok."

Initial evaluation was fine. It took several weeks to get authorization approved and when it was I was told they only schedule new pediatric patients between 8 and 2 on the weekdays. Pediatric patients, before 2 on weekdays! Does this make sense to anybody else? When I asked why I wasn't told that from the beginning I was informed we tell everybody. No you did not! Waste of my time, my doctor's office time, and Maxima therapies time! This is a huge sticking point for a pediatric office you need to train your staff better.

Maxum Therapy Pediatric!! **autistic parent review** %**Please look at their philosophy promise on the photo attached.**% My son had been a patient from February 2021 -Dec 2021. This review is for our speech services experience with Maxum Therapy. I have been 87% present in the room during my son's therapy session at Maxum Therapy. First, I would like to state that Maxum Therapy Pediatric FAILS meets all their philosophy displayed on their pediatric website page. It is NOT about you(or your child). All special needs parents know the burdens and struggles we carry in having a special needs child! We often have more than one therapy provider, and we search for flexible companies that make the patient feel like a priority and offer solutions when complications arise. However, my experience with Maxum Therapy Pediatric has been bitter and irritable! Maxum Therapy Pediatric front desk office fails to provide essential patient services. They represent unprofessionalism by overlooking the basic needs and approaches to Autistic children, dominating meetings, telephone rudeness, and lack of common courtesy. Their therapist ARE professional with good communication skills, fun, and persistence. However, not ALL are ABA trained and do not build a relationship with your child. I would not recommend this place to any autistic parent.

Today, I had the periodical assessment meeting with the supervisor who had a completely unlogic approach with me regarding my son's progress.. It was really non-professional and even offensive that it ended up on me requesting to discharge my son for manipulations done by his speech therapist that I prefer to address to my insurance provider ONLY. . This place is working only on justifying and defending their employees against any complaint addressed by the parents.... They sacrifice the rights of special-need children in getting a human-quality of life just to justify their employees mistakes and claim that they are working for child's benefit... Definitely such an absolute protective management style will result in non-committed employees behavior... The last session with my son started 10 minutes late because the speech therapist was SLEEPING !!!!! And she admitted she is suffering a jet-lag..... Even the quality of session was horrible but, AS EXPECTED, she mentioned that it is my son who was bad on that day....
