Engaging in highly physical activities in alpine terrain during SAR missions has taken its toll. Sarah has been instrumental in bringing me back from a foot injury, and has identified/implemented preventative maintenance practices to avoid further injury. Not only are her methods evidence based, she will always take the time to educate you. The education is as equally important as the treatment she provides because it aids in continued injury prevention. I have incorporated Maven Physical Therapy and Athletics into an ongoing monthly physical recovery plan to ensure I am performing at my best in the SAR community. I am extremely grateful for the time and effort she puts into her clients. Her dedication to evidence based treatment is unparalleled in my experience, with continued successful outcomes.

Sarah Conners is the best! I had ankle surgery in 2020 and did not go to PT when I was able to after, which then caused issues later. With that said, after my first 3 vists I was able to walk agian and felt more confident with walking. I will definitely recommend her for any physical therapy needs in the future.
