Matrix Physical Therapy

Matrix is by far the best physical therapy clinic. After my ACL surgery, I worked with several of their doctors and was feeling better in no time. The staff is beyond friendly and patient. Couldn't ask for more. I hope that I don't need physical therapy again. But if I ever do, I am comforted to know that Matrix is there for me.

John at Matrix Physical Therapy saved my life. I met him two years into my struggle with a herniated disc having made little progress. After only a few months of training with John, I’m squatting, deadlifting, and playing soccer. He’s one the most influential men that I have ever met and by far the most intelligent doctor that I have encountered. I will never be able to repay him for what he has done for me. John should be very proud of his accomplishment.

I’ve visited many physios over the years and my experience with Aine Curran at matrix has by far been the best. Knowledgable and compassionate in her approach, she has provided me an excellent rehab programme for a torn ACL. She has been contactable in and outside of the gym and is extremely personable. I would recommend her any day - and do so regularly! 10/10 !

Recently had a bad meniscus injury from soccer. Worked with John and was able avoid surgery. I feel like this could have turned out badly if it wasn't for him. Another doctor had recommended surgery before I met John.

This place is incredibly unorganized & the front desk has a terrible attitude. Higher management / the owner is extremely rude & disrespectful. When I was discussing my situation on a call with the owner he snarlingly told me “I’m sorry you don’t have good insurance, it’s not my problem.” For him to discriminately state that without knowing my work pays $1200 a month for my PPO just shows how unprofessional this place is. I would expect a little more compassion from a physical therapy center. Would not recommend. DO NOT COME HERE

The team at Matrix is wonderful! I recently had my shoulder operated on for a rotator cuff repair and my surgeon's assistant recommended I go to a clinic down the street. After a few visits at that clinic, I decided to look around for a better place since the therapist there seemed very young and like she didn't know what she was doing. Now, I'm so happy I found David at Matrix. He is super smart, friendly, and has amazing qualifications. The clinic is newer so it's very clean and modern. I can't wait to start playing volleyball again!

Unsatisfactory service. Poor guidance, they did not help me establish an action plan to full recovery. I wish I saved myself the hassle of coming here and just did PT on my own with YouTube videos at the gym.

Over the course of my life I've seen many different physical therapists and without a doubt, Haley Hawes at Matrix was the best I've ever seen!! She was both nuanced and confident and really listened to me. She is so smart and compassionate. I only went in to see her in person 3 times over the course of working with her for 6 months because of the pandemic. The rest of the time we worked using telehealth. I was doubtful, at first, that this would work but I saw her for two very painful issues and she is a master! She did a great job of adapting things for me to do at home and lead me to being pain free! I highly recommend her and Matrix!
