Mat-Su Regional Medical Plaza

I called this place trying to get the soonest appointment possible. I am at my first trimester, but no gyno will see me till 10 weeks. I can’t keep food or water down and desperately need something for nausea. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and kept telling me they can’t help me with any of that, then she asked me “just to confirm your problem is that you’re pregnant”. Then a couple minutes later I got another phone call from the place telling me that I need to schedule with the gyno once again. I told them I am trying to see a primary doctor to give me something for nausea. Then I got another phone call to confirm my appointment and I did. Then I got another phone call canceling my appointment because they are actually full on that day. A total of four phone calls. I am desperate and have never been this sick. I cannot believe they treat people like this. I tried to call back and they have NO line to leave a message.

I hate hospitals but I don't mind this one.
