Have had nothing but bad experiences with Mat-Su Health Services. From admin staff to medical providers, they are unprofessional, and will let you fall through the cracks. This has been the case for both health care and mental health services. I highly advice you to seek services elsewhere, as you will not get quality service here.

In January my husband was diagnosed with multiple chronic comorbid syndrome and dementia. Is PCP never told him before she quit and his new PCP he's never even talked to. They have totally neglected his health and is declined does anybody know a good malpractice attorney that would handle a suit against them? Somebody needs to address this issue with the public!

This is the worst mental health clinic I’ve ever been to. Very unreliable to keep appointments, they cancel the appointments without calling you so you don’t know until you get there. Happened probably 4/6 times. Seem very disorganized and the mental health screening and provider was very impersonal and out of it.

I was referred here to help manage my medication and mental health for military service connected ptsd and other mental health issues. I was assigned a nurse practitioner who was rude, condescending, accusatory, and would not even talk to me unless I took a drug test during my initial appointment, which I felt was absurd. She didn't like the medications that took me years of trial and error to find that worked well for me, so she took me off of everything and gave me a non stimulant adhd med. I am worse off now with depression and ptsd than before I went in to get help that I never received. When the bill came, it was over $800 for meeting with the NP for about 15 minutes. No follow-up care and I am now out of all meds. I am switching to the VA clinic for actual medical care. This place is not good for mental health conditions at all.

The mental health side is A+ I trust Dr. Jones to help me with my issues. I have many, and I make poor decisions regarding them. She’s a very good listener and has helped me a lot. The medical side I rate with only two stars. The two is for the office staff. They coded my annual appointment Wong. I’ve talked to them twice about it and I’m still being billed . One of the Dr’s. Interrogated me about my thyroid medication and made my whole appointment about who prescribed it, when etc… I went in due to back pain but happened to ask for a refill of thyroid. My back wasn’t even addressed. I switched Dr’s and the next one couldn’t get coding and billing correct. I do want to thank Dr Cindy Jones she’s a great therapist

Janet Wilkinson is an excellent doctor. She is knowledgeable, personable and caring and consistently takes extra time to make sure she understands your medical issues, circumstances and preferences, and meets you where you are at to help you improve your overall health. I consider myself very fortunate to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Hannah Greway is great and very thorough. I am thankful for her kindness and understanding. Her medical assistant is a bit unprofessional but he is friendly and does a good job overall. The front desk staff are welcoming and nice and so far I’m satisfied with my care.

I’ve always had really good insurance, and I’m suddenly found myself without any insurance. This place provided a sliding scale fee, and provided me with excellent care.Hannah Grawey listened, offered advice, and I have never been to a “Clinic” before but I’ll be back. This will become my primary provider. I truly had an excellent experience, and I think everybody, including Marty, who help me to find marketplace insurance and and file other paperwork for assistiance. Thank you Mat Su health services. You maje a difference.
