AMAZING! When I was first brought to Radius, I was so messed up Dr. Wong and Juan had to carry me to the assessment table! I couldn’t walk, couldn’t flex my quadricep. I was jacked up after my first ultra race in which I tripped in a pothole and then continued on a foot with dislocated bone and injured knee. Knowing I didn’t want to go to the ER full of Covid patients and sick people, where MDs would just give me drugs to manage pain, I called Radius (and by God’s Grace) they were able to see me immediately! Dr. Wong was INCREDIBLE! He was, and is, so thorough. As an athlete himself, Dr. Wong was able to empathize with my distress at not being able to train, and pledged to work with me to get me better! 💪 I left the first day with a plan of action and knew with 100% certainty I was in good hands! I have a full set of exercises that have changed and evolved with my healing, and Dr. Wong and Juan have been with me through it all. They even have an app that pings me throughout the day to remind me to do my PT exercises! The app has videos which tell me what I’m supposed to do, reps and sets, and also, the exercises are gone over on the PT floor before I go home to do them myself. I’m so grateful for ALL the help I’ve received from Radius. Oh! And no way could I leave a review without mentioning Julie at the front desk who first scheduled me and is ALWAYS supportive and kind and willing to work with my crazy schedule! I’m now back to my CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, hiking, biking and trail running! 🙏 So grateful! If you’re injured, or want to prevent injury, go see Dr Wong and Juan at Radius in Roseville! 💯 recommend 5/5 stars. In fact I’d give 10 out of 5 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a long time runner, I had come to believe that the achy feeling in my hamstring was a result of tough workouts and increasing mileage. I searched our local running group page for chiropractic recommendations and came across the page for Radius. I requested an insurance check and from the first interaction I knew I was headed in the right direction. Their front office staff know their way around complicated policy jargon, are extremely efficient in scheduling and make you feel welcome from minute one. Dr. Wong did a thorough evaluation and determined that my pain was my sciatic nerve talking to me and he immediately created a rehab plan that began with results nearly instantaneously! Each appointment included some soft tissue work and progress assessment with Dr. Wong and then some PT work on the rehab floor with Juan. I was able to continue to run while rehabbing (the words EVERY runner wants to hear!) If you are experiencing chronic pain of any kind, I cannot recommend an evaluation at Radius enough! I believe that their team will be able to create a plan that will have you back in action before you know it!

Ronja is an amazing massage therapist. She is very strong and found spots of tension that I didn’t even know I had. She was able to spend adequate amounts of time on each spot in my full body massage. I was very relaxed and can’t recommend Ronja enough!

Going to Radius was one of the best things i could’ve done for myself. Being injured my first year of college was very unmotivating to continue my running career, but when I went to Radius they encouraged me to continue without even knowing. My injury came suddenly during a run, I wasn’t able to walk without a limp. I had pulled my glute and didn’t realize the severity of it. When i went to Radius they quickly diagnosed me and gave me exercises to get right back into everything. Being a runner, Dr. Wong helped me with a active recovery. After 2-3 weeks of being with Radius I’m now 95% recovered and just about ready to join my team in training again. My one and only regret was not going to see them sooner.

I had heard of Radius before through a local running group I belong to. I came to them this past Fall due to some hip pain that cropped up over the summer and refused to go away (even despite a week or so off from running). I was greeted at the front desk by Julie, who has been wonderful in helping to schedule my appointments, coordinate payment plan options, and even offer water and snacks prior to my sessions :-) Dr. Flammang was amazing to work with: she was able to diagnose my injury immediately just from some questions about my pain during certain movements, and was able to directly target and relieve pain/tension in the area with massage. In addition, I was prescribed a series of exercises to complete throughout the week to help strengthen the muscles that were weak and lead to the injury. This is where Juan came in: he helped introduce the exercises and made sure that they were being executed properly. I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff at Radius - it has been a pleasure to work with them. ...and did I mention I’m back running again? I’m still keeping my mileage modest as I transition back to running, but this is the first time I have been able to run without pain in months. I highly recommend Radius, whether you have a current injury, or even a nagging pain that continues to crop up on your longer runs. They can help figure out what is going on and create a plan that’s best for your unique goals and needs.

I started coming to Radius for physical therapy when I developed excruciatingly painful plantar fasciitis. I remember crying on the bathroom floor because it hurt so badly when I put pressure on my feet. I was referred to Radius and from my first appointment I was given excellent care. The whole team was able to personalize a recovery plan for me which enabled me to start running with no pain in just under 6 weeks. If you are looking for a place to receive rehabilitation services this is definitely the place for you!

This place is amazing! Dr. Wong and his team fixed me! I was training for my first half marathon and towards the end of training, I slightly tore my soleus. I was in pain. My coach referred me to Dr. Wong right away. I felt well taken care of and Dr. Wong and Juan educated me on my rehab exercises along with being patient with my injury! I highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Wong and team for getting back out on the road again!

I cannot thank Dr. Jeff Wong and Alyson at Radius enough! I came to them after weeks of pain due to a running injury. Dr. Wong performed a thorough assessment that determined I had a torn rectus femoris. He created a plan that quickly began alleviating my pain. The plan also included ways to strengthen other muscles in order to prevent injury in the future. Dr. Wong is very easy to talk to and incredibly knowledgeable. His positive attitude made rehab a lot of fun! He clearly loves what he does and is passionate about helping people heal and remain active. The flexibility and mobility in my leg has returned, I am no longer in pain, and I actually feel stronger in my lower body than I did before my injury! Alyson has created a space that is welcoming and supportive. I felt cared for and comfortable the moment I walked through the door. Both Dr. Wong and Alyson are professional yet now feel like old friends to me. My time with them has been so beneficial. I know that everything I have learned at Radius has changed the way I will run and strength train going forward. I am so grateful that I came to Radius Physical + Sports Rehab and highly recommend them to anybody experiencing pain. I never imagined that an injury could turn into such a positive experience.
