She gives an amazing massage. The best one is have had at this location. Very pleasant and a great person to have on your team

I want to start by saying my therapist was amazing and did a wonderful job. This location however was very disappointing. They canceled on me less than 24hrs before my scheduled visit, but were able to rebook with someone else so no biggie. But then the pushy aggressive sales pitching to get me to immediately rebook and sign up for a wellness plan was absolutely unacceptable. You should be able to leave a great massage feeling relaxed, not fight your way through salesman on your way out the door.

Cristine is so good! I typically just see whoever is available, I am not very picky but from now on I will absolutely pick Cristine whenever I see her while booking!!

I had the most painful aches in back and shoulders from spending too much time at my desk and booked a session with Richard at the Tracy location. Oh my goodness! Richard was AMAZING! My deep tissue massage was the BEST I have ever had ( and I have monthly massages) He wasn’t afraid to apply pressure to get all of the tension out. There were a few times where I almost, “tapped out,” but I hung in there. I walked out of Massage Envy wanting to yell, “THAT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!” I am feeling so much better today. I’m sore but a sore that I know would come with deep tissue. Richard is now my go-to for all of my future massages. I’m not kidding, the man is truly gifted!

Nathan is great. Knows how to find and target the trouble spots. He listens intentionally to my concerns and makes sure I'm comfortable through the entire massage. He's fantastic!

My 90 minute facial was great, left with a glow. She made great recommendations and was super relaxing to be around, just the perfect amount of conversation to explain process and product used. I am seeing her again in 2 weeks!

My massage with Marco was exactly what I needed. I went with him regularly a couple years ago while I was pregnant, which was so helpful. He can pinpoint the areas that need a lot of work (which is usually in my shoulders and upper back) and he eases the stress. He had a pleasant, light conversation, and I was able to really relax. Darlene did an amazing job with my massage. I wanted medium to firm pressure and she was attentive to that the entire massage. I like that she checked in with me periodically to ensure my comfort. I will definitely be adding her to my favorite’s list!
