Massage Envy

I was greeted by Jessica and Audrie and Jessica really explained how the membership worked in detail and answered all my questions and i had a few so I appreciate her taking the time to answer them. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Christina was a great masseuse. It was because of her I decided to sign up for a membership and pay in advance to get to see her sooner. She has a nice soothing and welcoming voice. Her massage techniques are perfect for my needs. She has this what I call a signature massage back technique that I’ve never had done and it was great. I already have her booked for two weeks from now and looking forward to it!! Great experience over all they’ve definitely revamped and I’m all for it!! Great friendly staff is most important!! They checked all the boxes for me !! I also wanted to update since I’ve been coming 3 months now and I’ve most recently had masseuse Alexis alongside Lupe, my aesthetician, they have brought such great energy and I enjoyed them both individually. They both have their own techniques which I appreciate since every massage isn’t always the same. It’s nice that they are so friendly and make me feel comfortable during my services even with simple requests. The 90 min massages are the extra time you wish you had during the 60 mins. It was much needed and the facials are so relaxing and the products smell so good. It’s like a relaxing smoothie on your face. I enjoy my services throughly with the girls. Definitely have them booked for future services! Thank you! Update : Alexis has been a wonderful part of my massage history and she is attentive to my pain needs that need relieved. She’s gentle and she has a calming friendly personality and always makes me feel much more relaxed! I will see her soon for a 90min and I can’t wait

Such a great experience. The young lady ( I think her name is Crystal) who checked me in was Excellent! Great service. My therapist Alexis was very thorough and actually relieved a nagging pain I've had in my shoulder for over a month. Now it's gone. So great I knew I was coming back. Crystal explained the membership program so thoroughly and answered my questions patiently. I signed up for a membership. See yall next month.

Myra was awesome. I will definitely recommend her.I can’t remember the two ladies name that greeted me in but they were just delightful. It was my first time at Massage Envy. My daughter in law treated me for my birthday. I had an Awesome visit

Such a relaxing experience. This was my first time at this location. Annabelle did a fantastic job. My only regret is not signing up for a longer session. I hope to be back soon!

She just got all the right spots and applied perfect pressure and seemed to know when to ease up. Almost like she read my mind. I'm a bit sore on my upper back under my neck but she said that was a possibility.

The staff is always great. Myra has been my favorite technician recently. My other technician, who I loved, was injured but she made my neck feel 2” longer the first time. I miss her and hope she is recovering well. Some of the men techs are great also but Marcus, who was new, did a great job. He didn’t practice PT/OT stuff with me like the others 😉.

Kenneth is the best massage therapist that I have been to. He is so knowledgeable and treats me with dignity and respect and he has such a great personality. Highly recommend Kenneth especially if you don’t just want a cookie cutter massage.

I’ll only go to Massage Envy in Moreno Valley. It’s clean, and relaxing, My massage therapist Anabel is great. She’s so professional. I been going to her about 5 years. She always know exactly where my knots are. I'm very happy there.
