Massage Envy

Called the day before mine and my wife's scheduled massages to let us know they don't offer and wouldn't honor the Introductory rates. Massages now cost 100$ more then originally booked for. Totally understandable to call the week after we book but the day before our massages and a month after we booked, Not ok

I got my first facial ever with Deborah. She was so professional and I enjoyed the session so much that I fell asleep two different times! My skin feels and looks amazing. 100/10.

I've been a member of Massage Envy for over a year and faithfully get monthly massages (at minimum). I was visiting the area and decided to schedule a last minute appointment. I am sooooooo glad I did. For the FIRST TIME EVER, I was offered a breast pillow. As a top heavy woman laying on the massage table can be extremely uncomfortable, however I never knew this existed. I am so grateful to Faith for introducing this to me, I will never turn back. Not to mention the massage was the best. She was knowledgeable and personalized the experience to my needs. Whenever I visit town, I will definitely be visiting and requesting Faith.

Disappointed is an understatement. The Reception did not have a friendly personality but it's ok maybe she was having a bad day. I have been given massages at this place before but today was not satisfactory at all. To be honest the lady giving my massage, it felt as though I was been jerked around on the table. Otherwise it felt like a 2 yr was beating me up. I understand I asked for hard pressure but not that type. I've asked for hard firm pressure before it wasn't like that. But to top it off I was not given my full 60 mins. My appointment was @ 130 was in the room and on the table before 140. When she said she was complete the time was 220. Yes I timed it on my phone and screenshot the time as well. Not that I wouldn't try them again but it will probably be awhile before given the place another chance, but will not use the lady.

Carolina was amazing. She is my favorite! She knew exactly how much pressure I needed and took care of my problem areas! Also I gifted my Brother a massage and he absolutely loved Faith and plans to start going regularly! He said “I never knew how good I would feel after a massage. I really needed that and Faith was amazing!”

Great experience at this location. I was greeted nicely at the desk and they had a relaxing waiting area. Faith did a phenomenal job with the massage, she was very knowledgeable and skillfully addressed my problem areas. I will definitely return.

Jenny is fantastic with her hands and has a phenomenal calming personality. She was suggestively knowledgeable and I would recommend her for anyone who wants to treat themselves or someone to a soothing and relaxing facial.

Ask for SallyAnn if you are wanting a great relaxation medium pressure. She does a great job and really cares about her clients and ensuring they have a relaxing session. I will be booking again with her! All of the girls I have used at this location are fabulous. They all specialize in different pressures, techniques! My favorite date every month!
