Massage Envy

Very disappointed. You pay for an hour and only get 50 min because they deducted 10min for you to get undressed. I paid extra for hand a feet scrub and they use the massage time to do that so you really only get a 30 minute body massage. The massage itself was ok but they love to cut corners. Don’t recommend

I love my massage therapist. She does an amazing job. Front desk has gotten a lot better recently, more friendlier than it had been. Still disappointed that the same people that see me every two weeks don't know me by name. Years ago I would walk in and they greeted me by name, it was just a nice feeling.

I come regularly, and am always greeted with the offer of tea. I love tea. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. I have never gotten a poor massage here-- always great, from any therapist. I recommend Thomas for his attention to detail in trouble spots and wide understanding of the musculoskeletal system.

I don't understand why it is so incredibly difficult to get an appointment! ! I was informed that they had openings but only for members. I wanted to bring a guest and give one of my prepaid massages to my friend (which, I have several massages stacked up because I always have a difficult time booking an appointment)...impossible! So, instead of booking 2 massages, they have booked 0 and also lost an opportunity to gain a new member...

My Sister is taken here once a month. I took her and wanted to know some info. She loves it. I don't have one in my town. Came to get her a Birthday certificate. Very nice staff here. Thank you

I’m so shocked, the massage didn’t feel good at all.. I could massage someone the exact same way they did with no effort. I wonder if they even got the proper amount of training. I just wasted $60 on a massage my 13 year old sister probably could’ve gave. Watch out for Selena because her customer service is terrible. It was my first massage so I was a little shy and didn’t know if I should ask her to turn the heater on because I was shivering, there were goosebumps on my arms so she could see it. When I finally asked her to turn the heat on she responded by saying “I’d have to go to the front and ask them to turn it on.” Like it was a chore 😂 there was no friendliness in her tone what so ever & she didn’t go above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience.

Massage Envy is incredible! The desk staff is always courteous and helpful, the massage therapists are professional and great at what they do, and the atmosphere/ambiance is both welcoming and relaxing. You get way more than you pay for and I highly recommend it to everyone and anyone!
