Dr. Mike and his well-trained staff are compassionate, understanding and truly care about your physical therapy needs. I went in for a foot injury and felt relief after the first visit. Dr. Mike is an excellent therapist and educator. I am so glad I chose Maryland Physical Therapy from the list of on-line services. Dr. Mike worked with my injured knee restoring greater strength and balance than before my injury. His staff is top notch - very welcoming and caring. The facility is clean and attractive. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit and I was welcomed immediately upon entering by the lovely Erma. She was so sweet. Then I met the Dr and he was very friendly and helpful. He not only explained what was going on, he showed me using a skeleton. I walked out in considerably less pain than the way I walked in. There was zero pain and he was very attentive and put my worries at ease. It's refreshing. The place was clean and professional.

The entire staff here is the real deal and go above and beyond in everything they do! Each member of the team genuinely cares about getting you through your therapy and making you stronger. Mira works through any scheduling issues you may have as best she can, Dr. Mike gives you 110% of his attention every session, and his aide, Gavin, is there helping you to do the exercises correctly with lots of encouragement. Miraculous! 4 months of pain after a dozen visits to other PTs, had given up hope for recovery. Doc Mike properly diagnosed me in 5 minutes, and fixed me in 1 visit. He knows what he's doing!

If I could give this business more than five stars I would. The facility is large, clean, and well equipped. The receptionist is friendly, professional, and helpful. Dr. Mike gives you his undivided attention for the entire time, unlike most PT shops where you are given exercises and the therapist disappears. A+ operation!

Having had multiple physical therapists for knee, shoulder and neck surgeries over the years; Mike Lominac is the best I have ever had work on me. No double booking, he was focused on me the entire time. Listened to my responses, explained what and why he was doing certain stretching and exercises. Wow

For years I've had recurring lower back spasms. I was never given a reason *why* they were spasming. Dr Mike found the reason! He doesn't just see you for the initial exam and hands you off to staff like other places. He works with you one on one. I will never go to another physical therapist.
