I highly recommend PT at Stafford Lakes. The team is absolutely fantastic. The duo of Diana, Abby, with their technicians, and the front desk staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They always have a smile and are completely patient focused.

I highly recommend this facility! We took our 16yr daughter here who had suffered with back pain for a few years. They are welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere is positive and focused on treatment, but relaxed, and not at all 'clinical' in the worst sense of the word. Our daughter had 2 sessions a week for about 14 sessions in total, and she is completely pain free as of the last 2 or 3 weeks. Credit to her for actually following the exercise plan as instructed - which is vitally important to the treatment being successful - but Abby and Diana were fantastic and listened to my daughter at every session, and responded accordingly, and each time my daughter only had positive things to say, even though she was sometimes sore from the exercises. They re-evaluate you fairly regularly during treatment and at no point did we feel we weren't making progress, and every session felt relevant and improved my daughter's condition. Angie on the front desk is wonderful and will make you feel right at home, she will take care of all necessary administration needs and is always willing to help. Thank you to all the staff who assisted with my daughter, I would definitely return if needed!

I highly recommend physical therapy at this location. Diana Frank (Director) and her team are not only professional and knowledgeable in their field, their friendly, and personal touches make you feel like family. Angie is in her element at the front desk. She makes you feel welcomed and goes out of her way to accommodate your schedule. Diana is exceptional! Her evaluations are thorough and informative. She never makes you feel rushed, and her bedside manners are professional and comforting! Thank you Diana!! I was so sad and down when my overnight injury kept me from doing the things I loved. Not knowing how long my limitations would last, Abby's explanations of my situation and the exercises needed to target the symptoms gave me great hope. I went from tears to smiles over the next few weeks thanks to Abby! Over the next three months, I regained my strength; am back to all of my pre-PT activities and was discharged with a game plan to maintain my progress. Thank you "Abs"! Noella was always pleasant setting me up to begin therapy. It was very therapeutic sharing a few laughs with her on the tough exercises. Thank you Noella! aka "Sergeant" I only saw Aimee a few sessions near the end, but she fits the mold here in knowledge, kindness, and warmth. Thank you Aimee! I had my follow-up visit with my doctor today. He is very pleased with my progress, and surgery is no longer needed. I am very grateful God placed me in the care of the PT staff at Stafford Lakes. There is a lady here that always makes me feel good, and I get the best vibes from her. I had a stroke and have severe short term memory loss, but she has made such an impression that I have not forgotten her. Thank you to Angela. She is beautiful inside and out.

My son has been going to therapy for about 1 month and he loves going! Michelle and Abby are wonderful with him. In the month he has been going we have seen a big improvement with him walking.
