I can’t say enough how grateful I am the work Mary has done with my family member. I’ve seen my family member (name out for her privacy) really have to work through some emotionally and physically taxing events and am only sleeping peacefully knowing she has a competent , caring and exceptional therapist by her side while she is on her journey to wellness. I attended Mary’s 1st trauma centered yoga class yesterday with my 16 yr old. Mary did an exceptional job leading everyone in a safe, non-judgemental way. My 16 yr old not only made it through the entire class without any incident of a panic or anxiety attack...they agreed to do it every weekend we are in town. That’s a huge WIN! Thank you Mary for creating this space for everyone to feel safe and heal.
