Mary Kate Saunders Physical Therapy

I've been to see this wonderful group of women for two separate issues (once for neck pain and once for lower back pain) and I really wish I could give them more than five stars. Here's why: 1. Effective & Efficient Treatment: Both times Mimi listened to me carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and then gave me treatment in-office as well as some stretches to do at home. Most recently, my lower back pain was cleared up within a week (and I now have some really useful stretches to do to combat all the sitting I do when working from home)! 2. Easy of Scheduling: I left a message during off-hours and got a call back from Lisa the next day with an appointment the next week. 3. Friendly & Relaxing Environment: As soon as you step into the office you can tell that it's a place where patients feel comfortable and cared for. I've even seen people bringing their relatives in to introduce them to the team that's been taking such good care of them. If you've got an issue that might be helped by physical therapy, don't hesitate to come to here--it's truly a special place!

Unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. Lisa at the front desk is the only nice person there. Mimi is mean-mean. Mary Kate never once acknowledged let alone say hi. Spare yourself the uncomfortable, wasted time. I went to Jackson PT after this bad experience and Erin was an absolute delight. Complete 180. Warm, welcoming and healing.

I had a wonderful experience with the Therapists. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They explain things very well and I appreciated that. Highly recommend them.

I went here for physical therapy. After trying a different physical therapy location, it was obvious how bad this therapist was. Every single appointment aggravated my injury to the point that it was worse when I left and increased my pain. Go elsewhere, almost anywhere else will suffice. Don't be fooled by deceiving 5-star reviews, your health is not worth this experience. Promise.

Mary Kate & staff are the best. Very efficient and effective treatment, moral support, & pleasant environment. Highly recommend them.
