Mary Free Bed at Covenant HealthCare

I could not be happier with the care my dad received while at Mary Free Bed! Absolutely fantastic! The entire staff (shout out to Liz!) was second to none. They treated my dad as if he was family and by the time he was released the relationships that were created will last forever! Thanks to everyone who helped care for him!

This is a brand new building and very nice! Clean and sanitary. There's even a restaurant inside. The therapists are great with my baby and super friendly. Highly recommend this place if you need any type of therapy!

The security officer on site is hostile and EXTREMELY abusive with the limited power to stop visitors from entering this facility! I would not recommend sending or visiting the rehabilitation facility solely based off Jim- security guard. You can't even walk in the build and talk with the front desk. Save your time and money and seek a facility that employees staff that care for the patient and family member!

The short younger brown haired girl behind the orthopedic with the clear retainer desk has a nasty attitude. Acts like she wants to turn you away. Ended up going elsewhere for my brace. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Before sending your loved one there you should be aware of HIPPAA issues. I have experienced first hand a therapist disclosing medical information, prognosis, recovery likelihood, etc. about 3-4 patients. I would not recommend this location for their sheer lack of professionalism, patient confidentiality and sub par standards. A complaint was also filed via HHS. gov. If you want HIPPAA compliance - go somewhere else.

I visited this office for my neck. I was scheduled for a procedure and got no calls prior to the appointment. I only knew I had an appointment due to the text message reminder. 2 days prior to my appointment I called the office and the office person Brooke was very rude. When I showed up to my appointment they had cancelled my procedure because they said they called me and did not get a hold of me. When we were at the front desk I asked her to call my phone and when she did it did not work. So I was penalized for something that I cannot control. I was unable to get the procedure even after trying to talk to dr about it also.

This is a beautiful facility,but more importantly, the care is excellent. The doctors, nurses, therapists and aides all work together for the good of the patient. I was there for 9 days and whenever I put on the call light, someone came immediately. Everyone is friendly and are very nice to family members and other visitors. I can'tsay enough about how great this place is.

My daughter has been coming to physical and speech therapy here for over 6 months now. They are amazing with her and have taught her so many things I couldn’t do on my own. I am grateful for every therapist here! They treat you like family not just another patient.
