First place I hear of not being able to provide their provider ID so I can make them the go-to on my insurance. Last visit was an annoying one but I chalked it up to an off day. They requested I make the changes and don’t assist. I see why the reviews are why they are. I’ll just stick to the primary I haven’t been to.

Hi my name is John smith and I have over 5000 ER visits so I can honestly say something about this Er and staff also doctors and actually I no wht iam talking about Iam writing a review today to let everyone that works and go there for treatment that my NURSE JOSE SANDAVAL HAS BEEM A GOOD NURSE AND HE HAS TAKIN CARE OF ME A NUMBER OF TIMES AND ANYTIME HE SEES ME GOING THRU MY ISSUE HE IS ALWAYS CONCERN WHEN HE IS MY NURSE I DONT HAVE TO WORRIE ABOUT ANYTHING AS FAR AS MY MEDS AND ANYTHING I NEED WHILE IAM HERE AT THE ER JOSE IS ONE OF THE BEST NURSES THAT MLK HAS SO IF U READ THIS REVIEW KNOW THIS IF JOSE IS YOUR NURSE YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF AND HES GOING TO SHOW U THE UP MOST RESPECT AND JOSE SYAYS WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE ALSO HES VERY PROFESIONAL WHILE HE IN YOUR PRSSENTS

I hate this healthcare I can get better service at a free clinic but I am stuck with this insurance because it is the one my job provides . I am pregnant in need of an appointment and they can’t give me one until next month by then I will be 3 months pregnant before I can see a doctor for the first time . I am already went to the ER and they said I might miscarry and I still can’t get an appointment with an oB .

This place is horrible. You're better off going somewhere else where they actually try there best too assist you when you're in need.

At first the staff and doctor availability was great , but everything spiralled down first with their phone service , they never answer! If they do they place me on hold and for long , second and the most unfortunate one is that they cancelled all my 6 family members appointments because the doctor's are on call in the hospital. They're truly not reliable when you have an emergency either , I've had sick kids that i needed to take in and nothing, another sad one was that we got into a car accident and needed my pediatrician to check my infant also to submit to insurance and they suggested I go to urgent care because they didn't have any doctors available for weeks . Glad i got out of there they simply didn't accommodate my family, don't get the wrong at first they did , the gynaecologist i had was amazing . Anyways hope you have better luck than i did

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for 4/1/22 but it was rescheduled the day before to 5/13/22. Now that was canceled as well 2 days before. I feel it is not right for the lady on the phone to tell me I can book an appointment online for faster appointments only to find out you can't book appointments online. keep canceling my appointments only for them to keep being a month apart. So I changed my doctor from Yulsi Fernandez-Montero, MD to someone who will actually commit to my appointments✌🏾.

I was really pleasantly surprised on the wonderful service I received from this facility. I was reluctant at first, but the reviews of Dr. Ly, Tran received online doesn’t do justice on the level of personal care she provides. A doctor is Successful with the help of a good support staff and she has that in abundance. I highly recommend this facility.

Nice and clean. Dr cabrales was very understandable listened and answered all my concerns. Ladies at the front desk were nice and attentive. Was in and out pretty quick. For my first appointment it went well. Only dislike is the parking it’s hard to find parking. Other than that I will continue coming here and making it my primary care clinic.
