This system for making a doctor appointment is horrible. Call the appointment line and give information to someone who will give it to a nurse who may or may not call you back within 72 hours. This is stupid. Twice we have not gotten a phone call. Plus waiting 3 days to make an appointment And then longer after that to get an actual appointment. This is horrible service for military families. Very lazy and not effective. Who is behind this change? Definitely not someone who cares about military families health.

A good doctor here is a rare exception. I've had too many bad experiences here to list. ER, primary care team, psychiatric team: really bad experiences with each -- bad enough that I've been to the Patient Advocate office multiple times. I've been using this hospital because of insurance reasons, only. If you can afford it, go anywhere else. And DO NOT use their ER if your condition is urgent or life threatening -- you will not be taken seriously and may even be turned away without triage.

Stupidest crap ever. To call a appt line to make a appt and get told i have to wait for a nurse to get a hold of me whenever they have time (can take flippin days) so that the nurse can make a appt. This is the stupidest thing i have ever heard of. What if the appt is time sensistive and im waiting days trying to get it...like im doing now!

My husband got ACL surgery done here and nurse Ann and Dr. Hawkinson were super sweet. They helped take care of him very well.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been at the pharmacy . The first time took 30 mins the second time over an hour … the wait is very long and the process is ridiculous. When they call your number .. they verify your info and prescription the second time they call you .. you get your meds.. I don’t mind going to my local grocery store pharmacy and paying for the meds. A days wait to save 10-50$ Worth it ..

°Awesome job, on 7/11/2024 to the Same Day Surgery staff! Thank you to the registrar for extra attempt to get me squared away, Stephanie Jackson, RN, my awesome Podiatrist, Dr. Barker, his office team & nurse, Sylvia Harris Buckner, RN, Dr. Zitzelberger for conducting the anesthesia briefing & for cracking jokes, my OR-anesthesiologist for your wonderful bedside manner, & the Army-Captain OR-nurse for displaying exceptional professionalism when visiting me before surgery. In addition: Thank you to the “Strong Clinic" team for extending fabulous care! You all are considerate & punctual. Dr. Vickery has a beautiful bedside manner & is very thorough & down to earth. My former experience was with Dr. Anderson. He’s just as wonderful. These doctors also conduct(ed) top-notch virtual appointments. Last, Shout out to the Mammogram staff for displaying fabulous customer service & for carrying out procedures smoothly.

Very caring and professional staff here. Drs and nurses take the time to make sure you are comfortable and understand each procedure. Hospital is very clean and quiet.

I have gone to Martin Army my whole life until I was an adult. Now I bring my mom here three times a week at least. They have done all her surgeries thus far. There were ups and downs but after all these years I am mostly appreciative of their service to their patients like me. Text "Get in line" to the # on the flyer attached, Martin Army is doing a new thing now with their Pharmacy. Because of the long line and long wait times, they are doing this get in line program. Basically with all your new prescriptions you can call that number or text that number that's on the flyer attached follow the directions and when you get to the pharmacy you will have a very short wait time. This is for NEW prescriptions only. It will basically get you in line before you ever get up to the hospital. If my mom has an appointment at 10:00 or 11:00 I get a ticket as soon as we get there and by the time her appointment is over which is usually 1 to 2 hours later there just getting close to our number. On a bad day I have gone up there at 10: 00AM and waited all the way to 3:00 p.m. talk about long waits. But the Get in line program is working out pretty good. Too bad it's only for new medicines. ((From their flyer)) (This service is available Monday through Friday 8:00AM -4:00PM Once you complete the steps above you may receive a text message when your prescriptions are ready. You can select pick up at the Main Outpatient Pharmacy or Script Center. Activate your virtual number at any kiosk or Select "Rapid Return". Requests submitted by 12:00 pm will be ready after 12:00 pm the next duty day. Requests submitted after 12:00 pm will be ready within 2 duty days)
