Everyone is great! They are quick to schedule you and are very friendly. If you have to cancel your appointment you can even call the day of. Haven't had a problem with any of the staff!

These people, from the receptionists to the therapists, all are wonderful people and exceptional at what they do. I came to you in a wheelchair, not knowing if I was ever going to walk again. They were all very professional and understanding, and I felt cared for in their care. I was so depressed then, and you people saw past it. A year after my accident and I'm back to working full time and walking as much and more than before. Thanks to Marshall Therapy.

My therapist is Beth. What a wonderful person. Because of her encouraging me and not pushing me I believe she's the reason I'm doing so well. 11 days after my knee replacement surgery and I can put on my socks alone and put on sneakers that tie without help.. I am able to walk 1.5 hours of grocery shopping. I am Amazed how far I have come in such a short time. This is an Amazing place. They make you BELIEVE you are Unstoppable. Thank you Beth.

This place is amazing. Awesome people, therapist are great. My husband was nervous about going but after the first, he's had no problem.

Rehab specialist / therapist was very professional. The receptionist on the other hand, older lady longer brown hair with glasses needs to be fired. Very rude and disrespectful, wasted more of my time than waiting for my appointment trying to schedule more appointments. Very disrespectful to my availability as I am a student, told her multiple times I was not available on the same day because I was in class. Several grunts/sighs and just generally disrespectful gestures and tone. This is not the kind of thing people who are coming there rehabbing from surgery, or disabling injuries need to deal with. Dealing with this singular person was even worse than having to do the physical therapy stress wise. She was not wearing a name tag so I don't know what her name was, but hopefully whomever monitors this can't figure it out so she can receive the proper discipline that she needs.

Very friendly services. However they never mentioned me having a copay! I asked on my fifth visit and they had to check it. Then they said that I have a $20.00 copay. They never asked for it up front, said that they would just bill me. I recommend asking them if you haven't gotten asked about a copay or else you could get a very large bill for services rendered long after you have been treated!!

Took my mother, first day of therapy for knee replacement. We arrived around 10:30, she wasn't called back till prob 1130, really long uncomfortable wait for my mother, but staff was really friendly and helpful. Definitely a busy location.

Always polite and they all have lots of empathy. Very gentle. Great place for rehab!
