Marshall Pediatric Therapy - Nicholasville

My daughter has been going to Marshall for almost a year now and we are so grateful for their compassion and commitment to serving their families. We always feel welcome and I know each of her therapists have her best interest at heart! I have seen so much improvement in my daughter’s abilities over the last several months and we are so thankful for Mrs. Jenny, Mrs. Jessica and Mrs. Lindsay! Marshall is very easy to work with and Devyn in the front office is amazing at answering all of our of insurance questions and helping us schedule and reschedule. We love you guys!

If I could give negative stars, I would! My son has been with Marshall pediatrics for two years in Lexington, Kentucky. We’ve had a pretty decent experience, but we recently moved to Nicholasville and the experience plummeted from there. We are an African-American family who have been denied services due to me advocating for my son. Her name is Liz , she is the office manager, and she is not pleasant. She just solidified my thoughts that this facility was racist. She accused me of threatening staff, which I did not. She presented to me as if it was a choice. If my son could go there and later I received a text message from her essentially stating that my black family was blackballed from Marshall pediatrics. All of this started because my son did not receive service for roughly 5 weeks and I advocated for him. I felt he was not getting appropriate care because he was African-American. I did not have a problem with the workers at Lexington. In fact, they did a great job, but unfortunately they are connected to the Nicholasville branch and the Nicholasville branch does not serve people of color well. The business bureau did get a contact for me and I plan to take it further.

The therapists and staff at the Nicholasville location are amazing! They care for the families and each other with excellence and integrity. I highly recommend this clinic and all of the Marshall Pediatric locations!

This place is more than therapy for my son he really loves going. He looks forward to his days here. He has ABA therapy, Speech, and OT therapy. After finding out he had autism I felt lost but once I started working with Marshall Pediatrics Therapy I started to feel like we were creating goals and understanding how to help my son communicate better. Christina and Ryan have helped us in so many ways they are always the first ones I tell people about when they ask how we are managing with our sons disability.Morgan is absolutely the best from day one. Aiden loves him.. Mr Austin even though new is a wonderful addition to our therapy crew

We have been to Marshall’s with 3/6 kids and we couldn’t ask for a better care team. They love our kids, build them up, and are always willing to help them succeed. I am so glad we chose Marshall’s, they became our second family more than our care team. I recommend them to everyone every time!

Our OT therapist has been phenomenal. So patient, supportive, and positive. The staff at Marshall Pediatric Therapy is so nice as well. Everyone is on top of there game from enrollment to treatment!

We have had an excellent experience with Marshall Pediatric Therapy. MaKayla in particular had been a great match for our son. Getting to learn more concrete ways to support our son has been so valuable to him and to us!

Very nice and friendly staff and clean facility. They offer a lot of different treatment options for kids to get multiple kinds of therapy in one location.
