Dr. Kurnik met with me and my family before the surgery, explained the procedure, and the anticipated recovery. He answered all of our questions. He met with us after the surgery and again when the staples were removed. He impressed as an extremely capable surgeon who was truly concerned about his patients.

In my book, there are two types of doctors, a hospital doctor and a business doctor. A hospital doctor cares for the patient and a business doctor cares for the organization. Dr. Beamer is a pleasant mixture of both. His office is efficient and provides stellar service.

I was not sure what injury I had in my shoulder when I went to Dr Beamer. It turned out that I did not need surgery to heal. He still took time to go through my MRI and explain the injury. When a surgeon recommends against surgery that is a phone number worth keeping.

I have been seeing PA-C Borocio and Dr. Beamer for a few years now and I have been very happy that they are my team taking care of my constant orthopedic needs. They are both very friendly and very knowledgeable, and if they don't know what the problem is right away, or they do, but need to confirm, they order the proper tests. I am by no means ever, an easy cut and dry patient. My body doesn't do things by the book, so it takes some time to figure things out, sometimes, unfortunately there is never a diagnosis. Not the fault of the doctor, they order everything and try everything short of exploratory surgery to fix me. I would highly recommend Marshall Orthopedics to everyone. The front office staff are really nice and helpful, the back office staff are very helpful and friendly, as well as their x-ray tech.
