Very little wait time. All staff was extremely nice, especially the one that performed my test. The Doctor was well informed on my medical history so it was obvious he read all my information before coming into the room. Dr Willis and staff are great!!

I appreciate Jennifer The receptionist in the labs/ imaging department at the women’s Center. She is always kind, very professional, even with dealing with difficult people. I watched her do this with wisdom and grace and she needs a raise 😉 for sure. The staff will always make or break an experience in customer service no matter where you’re at. And I truly appreciate those that go above and beyond their duty with a great attitude. When you have to see people every year, you want it to be a good experience and not dread it because of staff, we all need to take note and encourage management to take care of their people that help make a great experience.

My nurse in outpatient room name Kristy went above and beyond for me. She has worked there for over 30 years and is certainly an asset to the hospital. She made me very comfortable. Dr Monk is the best ever. I love yall have Christians working with yall. This hospital has changed a lot. I will recommend in the future.

Horrible nurses. Did not know their job and did not provide good care. Ignored me and didn’t even provide a call button until I had already been receiving my blood transfusion for over 45 minutes. What would I have done if I had an adverse reaction? Took 10 hours for a 2 unit transfusion. Usually only takes 5 hours.

I really like the Women’s section at Marshall Medical Center. It’s arranged very nice and looks clean. I was able to get in and out of my appointment. The parking lot has plenty of spaces even though it’s a short walk from the building. Everyone I encountered was very nice and welcoming.

I had a day surgery on 10/24/24 at Marshall Medical South in Boaz. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff! From checking in and all the way to recovery, everyone was top notch professional, friendly and extremely caring and helpful. I was truly impressed. I had a great experience.

The hospital is top notch. So clean and wonderful people working there. I had blood work and the experience was very comfortable on July 16. I had my thyroid removed on 9-24. Most of the staff was wonderful. The day nursing staff were top notch. Ðixie took such good care of me. The night nursing staff was either short staffed or dealt with equipment problems. I have kidney disease and waited 2 times for an hour to get help to the bathroom. The second time I used a pan they gave me to throw up in to urinate. I couldn't hold it any longer. They said my nurse call button wasn't working.

Had a great experience during my sleep study. Very clean and well-maintained facility. Vicky was very nice and professional. Highly recommend.
