Amazing care! The staff is friendly and attentive. The check in process was easy and fast. Most importantly, I felt heard. The Dr listened to all my concerns and provided me with the best options for treatment. I love how they check in after the visit to see how I’m doing, it goes to show they care and you’re not just another patient.

My son fell at school and we were concerned about a concussion. The folks at Marque Urgent Care in Mission Viejo were wonderful. The people at the front desk were kind and professional and Dr. Keni was outstanding! She was patient and thorough, she was caring and supportive. She was an amazing doctor who took incredible care of us!

We’ve been there couple days ago for my daughter who has been sick for over 10 days. The pediatrician prescribed an antibiotic for her and sent it to the pharmacy. After picking up her medication from pharmacy, I just felt it shouldn’t be the right dosage of antibiotic for a 5 year old kid which was 8.3mg twice a day. Upon checking with a pharmacist, I found out that the provider sent a wrong dosage to the pharmacy. So instead of 3.8mg, they sent 8.3mg which is almost triple dosage!! What if I gave my daughter the triple dose?! This experience was really disappointing at Marque urgent care.

They are awesome very helpful knowledgeable and happy to help I just recently took my baby nephew 2 month old and they took very well care of him. I've also visited them with my 17 yr old. This location and the lake forest both have pediatric doctors which is great.

I tested positive for covid, i was feeling too sick to actually go to the Urgent care so i chose a video visit. From start to finish the staff was amazing, i can't say enough about the doctor, she was wonderful. I got the necessary meds i needed and am starting to feel a little better today. Marque is my new go to when in need of medical attention.

DO NOT use this urgent care. Please read the bad reviews here that are so similar. 1 year ago I took my 18yr old son here with ear wax to be told they don’t remove it, to use debrox. There is never a doctor at this location only a PA. Last week on 07/22/24 I took my son for a cough /ear blocked to be told it’s an ear infection . When I got home I realized the PA , is her name Sara Bagael ? not sure of her name, never took his vitals or checked his temperature. I am 57 yrs old, never ever experienced this. So, I took him today to the Urgent care on Crown Valley where there are wonderful doctors to be told he has too much ear wax. She flushed out both ears. Poor kid has been using Debrox for one year on and off. Everybody needs to be FIRED at this urgent care which is always empty with a poor attitude , waste of money and please value your own health and well being first.

Very good experience at the Marque Urgent Care in Mission Viejo. My almost 4 year old hit the back of her head really hard on the sidewalk. Head stuff freaks me out and I brought her in super upset and concerned. She was seen in a relatively short period of time especially for an urgent care and they have a very kid-friendly waiting area with pretend play items both my daughters were able to use. The pediatrician who saw us was very kind and conducted a thorough examination and was patient in answering all my questions and providing helpful information. Minus a screaming meltdown (my almost 4 year old), who was “done” listening to mom (me) when we were leaving the office (it was a whole super loud public thing and semi embarrassing but hey, we’re used to toddler tantrums and she had been through a lot that day poor girl), everything went very well! We’re grateful for this place and appreciate the professionalism and friendly environment. Thank you again to staff and Pediatrician. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas!

My 15 year old son was seen last month. From the moment the doctor stepped into the room she was very unwelcoming. Her demeanor was dismissive and downright rude, displaying a lack of empathy that left my son and I feeling very undervalued. The doctor’s bedside manner was severely lacking. She exhibited impatience and condescension, making us feel as though we were wasting her time. The doctor’s diagnosis appeared rushed and superficial, lacking the depth and consideration one would expect from a healthcare professional. Overall, my experience with this doctor was highly unsatisfactory. Her dismissive attitude, poor communication skills, and lack of compassion overshadowed any potential medical expertise she may possess. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking respectful and attentive medical care. Patients deserve better than to be treated with such disdain and disrespect.
