Marque Urgent Care

Professionalism throughout the entire staff and offices. As a retired Family Physician, I was impressed by the care I received for an accidental fall & laceration needing stitches. Dr. Jeffrey White did the repair suturing, and the results were excellent. Will recommend Marque to others needing Urgent Care! Thank you all.

I have been to marque several times and it’s always fast and easy to get an appointment. I work odd hours and it takes forever to see my primary doctor so marque has saved the day more than once. The staff is excellent, friendly and caring. The doctors are fast to see you and get you feeling better.

This is the best urgent care facility I have ever been to. First and most importantly you can schedule an appointment instead of sitting in a waiting room for hours. The staff are competent and friendly. The entire facility was clean and nicely decorated. And the doctor and nurses that helped me were very knowledgeable, empathetic and kind. I highly recommend Marque.

The front desk ladies some were ok, the nurses were nice. The x ray tech guy was grumpy as hell and 0 patience people come that are injured and we need x rays but also we need to be treated like a porcelain tea pot. We understand YOU do this every day, but we don't. It would be nice to get some empathy and understanding and not rush us to move our injured body parts into positions that are painful 😖. Hopefully you check that attitude at the door.

Was able to book an appointment within two hours and only had to wait twenty minutes after showing up. Staff was extremely nice and extremely professional. The doctor could tell I was nervous and lightened the mood with jokes, 10/10 service from Dr. Jeremy White. I’d recommend this provider.

So happy this urgent care is open on weekends. We were able to make an appointment the night before so our wait time was not bad at all. Everyone was very friendly and professional, explained wait times and plan very well. The clinic itself felt so clean and new.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Made a reservation for noon on a Thursday. Why have the option for “reservations” if it’s literally pointless? Showed up 30 min early to check in and fill out paper work. I waited til 1:30 and got a text that there were 1-2 people ahead of me and to come wait in the waiting room to be called. Waited another 30 minutes in the waiting room before I went up to the front desk and asked if their text was accurate. She rattled off several excuses that they were understaffed, did not have any rooms available and were taking walk ins who had been waiting for 6+ hours first and that I actually had 8-10 people ahead of me still. Why wasn’t any of this mentioned before I wasted 2 hours just waiting here?? Read some of the reviews and you don’t even get seen by an in person doctor, it’s all via zoom. Better off just going to the ER, you will get seen and treated faster than any time spent waiting here.

I was highly disappointed in not a very experience PA…………He was nice just not very confident in his ability to diagnose or help honestly. I felt like I did my own diagnosis for the most part.. For sure I will not come back here. I made a 6 o’clock appointment early in the day so I wouldn’t have to sit and wait. I waited 40 minutes before I even got called back. What’s the point of making an appointment? I was really hoping to find someone that was a little bit more time to try to help me figure out the solution to my problem. Maybe they just have too many people here at one time.. Felt like a waste of time :( It’s just my opinion
