Marque Urgent Care

They were very nice and tended to our needs. Listened to us and didn't try to rush us out. This was actually better than our regular Doctors visit. We were also out within an hour as to which our regular doctor visit we would have been still waiting to see someone. This review is for 2 appointments at once.

Vanessa was super helpful with the check in process . When Michelle took me for my initial exam she was super friendly and explained every step of the process . Chelsea was great as well and really made sure to note every sympton down

The staff is very helpful. I've been there twice. Everything went smoothly both times. Just seems to be a very long wait time and not an overly crowded wait room? It was about the same amount of people waiting on both of my visits. I like it because it's close by. And the atmosphere, cleanliness, staff makes me feel comfortable in a stressful situation. I’ve been here a few times now and the entire staff is always super nice and polite. Alondra has taken me in for vitals twice now and she’s the absolute sweetest, she is so caring and goes above and beyond to provide great patient care. The x-ray tech is also super nice and funny.

The front desk was reassuringly ,confident, and accommodating. I was troubled, stressed and in pain. She was unexpectedly understanding and gamechangingly resourceful. I certainly left there feeling I went to the right place.

I have taken my 4 year old in a few times and have had great experience. The wait isn’t too bad it’s very clean everyone is very nice. The reason I keep coming back is because of how nice and caring the doctors are, it’s very important for a 4year old to connect with the doctor. My last visit on 7-24-23 was great the doctor was easy going and made my son feel comfortable he had a great sense of humor.I feel at ease with diagnosis and meds given thank you.

I took my daughter in for high fevers. I was in and out within 20 minutes. They said she had an ear infection. I knew she didn’t because she’s had them before and never behaved this way. I ended up going to an ER and of course no ear infection. They also informed me that the dosage of medication they prescribed her was basically for newborns. (She’s 13 months) they said the dose does nothing at all. I then followed up with pediatrician and same thing no ear infection! So on top of misdiagnosis they also prescribed the wrong dose. Be careful!

I was so disappointed with my insurance that they changed my covered urgent care location that I used for years! The new Urgent Care called Marque Urgent Care on Knott in Buena Park totally surprised me in a great way! I didn’t even have an appointment and they worked me into their schedule. The waiting area and everything behind it is so clean. I Also like the friendliness of the people working at the counter. In addition, when they took me to the exam room, the intake nurse was very thorough. Shortly thereafter, the doctor came in. He was very empathetic and did a careful examination of the issue. I’m older and do not like change! After today and my experience at the Marque Urgent Care, I’m so glad my insurance made that change. Another visit to my favorite Urgent Care this week. I so glad they are covered on my plan!
