Marque Urgent Care

Lovely stuff! The moment I walked in and was warmly welcomed - I was happy with stopping by there for my Tb test I needed to do for my future job. It costs me $50. Medical assistant explained the procedure, he was very knowledgeable and did everything in no time, quick and easy. Will def recommend this place to everyone!!

Christina at the front desk is an asset to the company. She has been nothing but kind and helpful and even followed up with me from yesterday's review yesterday was reviewed mainly based on the Doctor Who saw me, today I am giving Cristina a five star review... she followed up with me and sent me my x-ray exams, which I was supposed to receive yesterday at 5 PM but never did. I had left a message this morning and she immediately called back and emailed me my results I needed because this is a Worker's Comp. case so I thank you very much and they are very lucky to have her as an employee she goes above and beyond.!!

Stopped in on Saturday afternoon. The entrance is behind Bank of America. There is parking at the area of the lot, so parking is easy. Located on the second floor with an elevator when your not feeling great. Try to schedule an appointment. If not, they are very good with walk in and getting you in. The facility is nicely decorated and spacious. The staff was great to work with. If you are requiring a Urgent care visit, try this facility for addressing your needs. Cheers

I have been here a few times for myself and my children. We have always had a great experience here. The staff, nurses & doctors are very polite and helpful. I made an appointment and I was quickly checked in and seen within a few minutes. Everything took less than an hour. Very grateful this urgent care is close to my home.

I know this facility don’t care about my comment , but I write for someone who read and value themselves. I went there today morning (10:30) for ingrown toenails removal, they gave me an appointment for 13:30, when I came back at the appointment time, and checked in, I was sitting in the room and waiting an HOUR for a provider to come and visit me, but nobody came, I wonder if they can't service on time, Why do they give visiting time to patients? Are the patients' TIME worthless and not important !!? Or they are not important!!!?

The front office staff was great. Even got us in earlier than expected. The Doctor, however, was useless and seemed annoyed we were there. A total and complete waste of time. Did not appreciate the condescending attitude. Completely talked down to as well. I want my 3 hours back.

The doctor and nurse and other staff were very nice and helpful and kind and respectful to me. You must love your job to treat the patient with such purity. I am proud of all of you from the bottom of my heart🙏❤️🌹

Marque is the best urgent care! I have always had exceptional care no matter which location - and today’s visit at the Aliso Viejo location was no exception. I appreciate the Marque providers and staff so much. I won’t go to any other urgent care.
