Marlborough Health & Rehabilitation Center

My mother has been there for the past 2 weeks in their Passport program. The improvements that I've seen in her physical abilities are impressive. She went from hardly sitting up on her own to wanting to walk everywhere all because of the care she is getting. The building needs a bit of a face-lift, but every single staff member I have come into contact with (administration, nurses, cnas, housekeeping, social work and beyond) has been so helpful and kind. I am grateful for such a safe and happy place for my mom.

Coming through the front door, it feels homely, and the front desk personnel greeted me with a warm smile. The facility has no smiles and the staff seemed very happy and polite.

I did my research before picking a rehab facility for my Dad. Marlborough rehab got a 5/5 rating so I chose them. They are not disappointing. Every staff member is pleasant, hard working and kind. All staff are receptive to family members requests and concerns. They think of everything! The communication between staff and my family is outstanding. The facility is always being maintained and looks fabulous as well. We highly recommend Marlborough Health and Rehab!

As an area professional, I have had a very positive experience with the team at Marlborough; whether it was caring for one of our residents, responding to a family we are working with, who was in need or referring a patient to our community, Ashley Bafumi (Admissions) and Shonda McLennon (Social Worker) have been responsive and professional. Been a long hard road with my mother's health and dementia. We finally found a place that cares for my mother. Marlborough health has been a fantastic facility. Everyone is so nice and works so hard for their residents. My mom is happy. Thank you to a wonderful staff.

We drove an hour to visit a lifelong family friend today who is at the facility for short term rehab. The receptionist (Amy) was so professional, kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us find a restaurant to get what our loved one wanted. Thank you for being so amazing
