Marketplace Physical Therapy and Wellness Center - Downtown Riverside

I can't recommend the team at Marketplace physical therapy enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns and tailored my treatment plan to address my specific needs. The therapists and aides are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate, ensuring I was comfortable and understood every step of the process. Dr. James was very helpful in working with me to try different treatment plans to see what worked best for me. I have noticed a significant increase in my comfortable range of motion in my shoulder from when I started. If you're looking for a supportive and effective physical therapy experience, this is the place to go!

The Marketplace staff is friendly, caring and sensitive to the individual needs of their clients, but most importantly they are all knowledgeable. Within the first month of my therapy here, I canceled one my appointments due to a death in my family and the staff here sent a card to my address. I see the camaraderie in the way they interact with one another and the friendly but professional way they interact with their clients. Although the therapy can be tough for me at times I see where it is totally worth it. I gave them 5 stars because I made a good decision when I chose Marketplace Physical Therapy on Mission.

Post operation, ruptured achillies, in February 2024. I started PT at a different company and made the move to Marketplace Physical Therapy (Riverside location). What a difference. I started Marketplace in June and have had significant improvements in range of motion, flexibility, and strength. Dr. James and Dr. Blake, have been amazing. They listened to my concerns and goals, reviewed my case, and made a personnel treatment plan. They are progressive with their treatments and use the latest treatment modalities. For example, the graston technique, cupping, manual manipulation, and the Hyperice Normatec boots. I am excited to continue working with their friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled physical therapist and technicians. If you need physical therapy, this is the place. My only complaint is that the front office will only schedule 2 weeks out. They also need to add a calf machine to their inventory of gym equipment.

I am extremely impressed with the care that I am receiving at this facility. I am getting physical therapy for a frozen shoulder, and it already feels so much better. Beyond that, everybody who works here is so personable and makes it an enjoyable experience. Dr. James was extremely helpful in assessing my issues and ensuring a great plan of care. He’s a lot of fun as well.. Lili is an extremely hard worker and does a great job. Everyone is very kind and it makes all the pain and effort so much easier. I highly recommend this Riverside facility for all of your physical therapy needs.

I have been coming here for physical therapy for injuries I sustained at work and post surgery for both of my hands, both of my knees, cervical, and my lower lumbar. The staff is very professional, kind, and thorough. I appreciate the fact that they listen to what I am feeling on that particular day, and plan accordingly. They each have their own method of treatment which I find can be very helpful.

Market place physical therapy has been very helpful for me. All the exercises and therapies were good. I want to say that you have awesome and helpful doctors. Dr. James, Dr. Blake, they are wonderful doctors. When they message my neck it makes me feel better.

Alright, so when I first came to marketplace physical therapy, I was hesitant on it, didn't really think it was gonna help me, boy was I wrong. Got to give a shout out to them over there they really did help me out alot. There were some that really stood out, Aaron who i worked the most with, was very patient, and understanding, he took the time to really show you and explain everything to you, Emily, I only worked with her twice i believe, but whenever she saw me she would always ask how I was doing, and relayed the improvements she saw in me, as well as the other patients that were there from what I saw/overheard, valerie, was also extremely kind, she also took the time with me to correct some of the things I did wrong, and helped explain it to me as well. Lastly I mainly talked to adriana, who would always check in with me and go over my progress with me, she helped me out with setting me up with alot of at home exercises to help me out, and there are others there that really helped out but I didn't get their names, one in particular notice that i wasnt walking correctly, thank you for catching that. I am super grateful for everything that they did for me, and thank you once again. Also I hope I got the names correct. If I didn't im sorry.

I highly recommend Market Place Physical Therapy. The staff is excellent! Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. My Mother-in-law has been going there for a while and they always give her The best care and therapy for her knees. Her therapist Adrianna is excellent and truly helps keep her mobile. Everyone there is awesome! The Doctors ,Receptionists, and Therapists all go above and beyond to help you. MPT is a wonderful place.
