Mark's office just one of the best pain management offices I've ever been to he cares about his patience. He has an awesome communication he listens to your concerns. His staff is outstanding. I wish there was more doctors like him. I recommend anybody whether they're local or long distance to go see him and my wife are very pleased with him. Thank you for all you've done. Mark is truly an outstanding doctor.

Horrible experience. Wasn’t long enough for anything. If you have hope at all in Yuma Arizona don’t see this man. Injections not only harm the body they are very short periods of relief. Cause osteoporosis. Spine stimulator surgically implanted very little help and more surgery. That’s your options. That’s it. Very scary no help real help no hope

On June 12, 2024 Dr. Rouff sway me for the first time. My former pain management doctor closed his clinic and I transfered to Dr. Rouff's medical office. Dr. Rouff advised me that he had received my medical records from my former pain doctor. He then informed me that he was accepting me as a new patient. He subsequently conducted the medical examination with extreme care, patience and professionalism. In closing, I was treated with great respect and dignity by Dr. Rouff and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Rouff!

Dr. Rouff is amazing takes the time to listen and come up with effective solutions/treatments. The office staff is always awesome as well.
