Check in staff borderline rude and uncaring,more interested in thier phones then answering questions. I found tech Helen has attitude and slightly uncaring. On one visit enjoyed light conversation with tech Mark,he's ok in a not ok atmosphere. If you can find other locations or services for your needs.
0 stars if possible. Helen was extremely rude, would not explain why physical therapy could not be done due to policy even though another mgh physician referred.
