Professional and focused on the individual. Nice, clean and up-to-date facility. Extra handicapped parking and wheelchair accessible. I felt at ease and the instructions were clear and personalized. Brian, Heath, Carl, and Josett were very supportive through my rehabilitation. Brian and Heath provided challenging sessions with clear instructions for at-home follow up workouts. Overall, a great team who were friendly, professional, and motivating at every session. Highly recommend.

I received physical therapy for a spinal compression aftermath. Brian evaluated me, and he was great. He explained the after effects of my injury and he was kind. I felt motivated to continue by Brian’s knowledge and generous attitude. I worked with Heath, who I had worked with when my knees were replaced, and the work was extremely effective. He was both gentle and firm. I found myself motivated to do the at-home exercises, and I steadily grew stronger. He offered challenges that were within my ability to meet them, and then he increased the challenges slightly so I could feel successful and improve. I had worked with other therapists who pushed me too hard too fast. Heath helped me get to a place where I can maintain my strength with continued exercise and I am doing it. My confidence is back, and I started a regular routine of aerobic exercise on my own while I was working with him. I am back in my strength, and had been trying for a year to get that strength and commitment back, and I wasn’t able to do it until I worked with Heath and Brian. They are extraordinary human beings. They are knowledgeable and able to explain things to you, and they are excellent at working with you where you are and motivating you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Oh and Josette, their receptionist, is amazing. She is very good at her job, and she is a motivating presence. I looked forward to going to appointments because of Josette, Brian, and Heath. .

I always looked forward to my physical therapy sessions because I routinely made progress, beyond my goals, with the clear instruction and patience of both Keith and Brian. This was my second knee replacement and my first time with Memorial Health. I strongly recommend this team for a full recovery and return to a normal life.

Wonderful experience working with the team here! Tore my MCL back in October and finally started seeing major progress after working with Brian, Carl, and Heath. They work you hard but it is so worth it. I hope I never have to go back but I would if I ever needed it!
