I had wanted a Mackenzie trained PT; Maple Valley was in my HMO. Julie, who worked with me is knowledable, attentive and professional. She worked with me one-on-one, not like a therapist I worked with years ago who worked with three clients at once. She gave me plenty of time, top-notch instruction and is available by phone, anytime, though I have not needed that. Scheduling was easy and she’s available after work hours. Top notch in all areas. Highly recommended and I’m happy to travel from Keene to Brattleboro - an excellent PT is worth it.
