The staff members are friendly and helpful. Great facilities. This was my first experience with physical therapy, and I appreciate how they took time to explain everything and move at a good pace that meets me where I am but also gently pushes me to do what needs to be done to get to a stronger place.

I highly recommend Maple City PT in Andover for all your Physical Therapy needs. The girls are very professional and demonstrate genuine compassion and friendliness during my sessions. They listen to you and readjust therapy accordingly. Glad to have graduated from here but sad that I won’t be seeing their friendly faces on a weekly basis. Thank you MCPT in Andover

I had 20 sessions over the course of ten weeks at Maple City Physical Therapy in Andover and was assigned to Tiffany for most of my sessions. Tiffany demonstrated genuine compassion during the sessions, was focused on which types of therapy best fit my needs during each session, and exhibited natural professionalism and friendliness. The whole staff were professional and friendly as well. Thank you for utilizing your talents and skills in this capacity! I'm sure there are many patients who have benefitted from your expertise!

I love Maple City Physical Therapy!!! About a month ago I tore my acl amongst other tendons in my left knee. Every part of this healing process, in regards to Maple City PT, has been wonderful. Tiffany, Shelby and the rest of the staff are all so sweet and caring. I feel as though my recovery and progress is really taken seriously and with great care.

Love this place (Andover office)! The staff is/was great, these ladies- Myranda, Tiffany and intern-Ashley always listened while still encouraging patients to do their best and offered alternative stretches/exercises as needed. The hours worked great with my work schedule (mostly 6 pm appointments for me) and staff was quick to reschedule if needed. My feet no longer tingle, I can move better than I did when I started 8 weeks ago, and although today was my last appointment I'm glad I put myself and my health firsr for once and can get back to exercising. Thank you ladies for your kindness, hardwork, and dedication to your patients, and thank you for making physical therapy a positive experience. I will forever recommend Maple City Physical Therapy to anyone who needs it.

The staff team there is incredible. all of them, Jess in particular, were extremely attentive, and made me feel like I was actually making progress.

I was very hesitant and nervous to start physical therapy, but MCPT Andover made me feel very welcome and explained things to me in a very simple way. They were also very willing to accommodate me and my difficult schedule. Tiffany was really great to work with! Hopefully I never need physically therapy again, but if I ever do I hope to return and work with Tiffany and the team again!
